Hi, thanks for showing us how to use these-I just ordered a mountain biker. How did you remove the finished piece from the board?

Hi Shelly, slide a thin bladed knife under the bike then lift if you have used a firm paste then this will not be a problem. If your paste is a little too soft then leave it for 10 - 15 minutes to firm then slide a piece of thin card underneath to lift it.

No it is too soft, you will get the best results from flower paste I think you will call that gum paste. Fondant will stretch out of shape and be very difficult to handle.
