If you're experiencing issues with patella tracking (knee popping when you extend). Look into the the United States Army knee and ankle rotation. It's something that I've been doing for the past 3 days now and I've had a huge reduction in knee pain and it seems to be expediting my recovery time. Prior to I was massaging the tendons, stretching the quads and staying off my feet as much as possible. It just wasn't helping. Knee and ankle directions: You stand straight up, keeping your feet and knees together. Put a slight bend in your knee, putting your hands on your thighs just above your knee. Proceed to rotate in a circular clockwise/counter clockwise motion. All while keeping your feet and knees together. I do 10 reps of each. The more you bend your knee, the larger the circle you can do. I start small in the morning when I'm most stiff and gradually work up to larger circles towards the end of the day. I do it 4 or 5 times daily. This is the 3rd day and I woke up without knee pain, no snap crackle or pops, which why I'm sharing. While doing the rotation, you might experience some popping, I did. I decided to push through it thinking it was stretching all tendions around the knee and possibly realigning the knee itself. It popped less and less as I progressed throughout my regiment. Hope the info helps. Everyone's issue might be a bit different.

I also started taking collagen peptides 1, 2 and 3. My knee is close to being back to normal. I normally walk 1 mile in the morning to loosen my tendons and muscles up. In the evening I'm able to run a good couple miles without any issues.

@@jasonrbodie hey can you tell me where I can find this exercise on youtube? I don't know if I understood you completely. Basically stand, put your feet and knees together, slightly bend the knees, and do rotations? Like dancing? Please explain I am having this problem since 3 months after a fall, and I cannot play football anymore. I was about to become pro!

Have you seen the patella go totally back in it’s stable original position?

Hey Jerry even I have a similar issue with my left knee cap. All diagnostics have normal findings. However the kneecap has restricted movement when tried to move them sideways, similar to this particular case of yours. How do I treat this here in India, nobody seems to have any clue here. I have been in this pain since 6 odd months. Your guidance will be much appreciated mate.. Thanks

Hello, I live in Colorado springs, had my patella reattached, since then it goes on track, pt and surge ok n seem to not really care. All I do is go to PT teiceca week and do. Squats and a couple's leg movements exercises. It's been about 6 months since surgery. Also had total hip 4 months before and I still have no feeling in leg/ knee area. That's how i tore my patella, 3 days after hip surgery. But knee slides way outside and have to wear a full leg brace, have been for a year now.what would you recommend for my knee. I'm getting very frustrated, I'm 39 and have not been able to walk for a year now. Thank you

When you pushed the right leg down you truly pushed it. But when you pushed the left one down, you did not do so! You instead moved you arms up an down while your hands did not push anything down!!!!!!!!

I can feel blocked mobility with my passive spring-recoil tests. I am using a very similar amount of force on each side so I did in fact push on each side. I have a lot of you tube videos on performing spring-recoil tests throughout the body. You cannot discern the amount of force I am applying by watching this video.

@@JerryHeschInstitute When you put your hand on something and try to push it down, you don't bend your arms dude!! Why did not you bend your arms with the right legs and bent them with the left one? If you test two things you gotta apply the exact procedure to report accurate results! I ask the readers to try that out. Put your hands on something first like in the video and try to push it down. Do you bend you arms?!!

@@khaledalamri2775 I see what you are saying but nonetheless trust the information I obtained and the client also felt blocked mobility. In the following video Part 2 you will see treatment technique and change in behavior of the joint and change in client's perceptions as well.
