Michael Casey is monnik in de Tarrawarra-abdij in Australië. Hij is niet alleen een groot kenner van de Regel van Benedictus, maar weet deze ook op een krachtige manier te vertalen naar vandaag. Gebed is volgens hem even natuurlijk als onze ademhaling. Zich bewust worden van deze wonderlijke realiteit, daar komt het volgens hem op aan.
