It has everything and I like living next to the metro. I can take it to go anywhere I want. Although the city center looks better this neighborhood grew on me haha 😆

Thanks for the neighborhood tour; like @javimorales6985 said, it does look like a part of L. A. ..I'm sure it's a lot safer 😊.I saw some solar panels on a roof; do you a lot of the buildings have AC? Spanish Citizenship? Wow Kai, that's a big deal!! Looking forward to hearing about the process.

Yeah it's very safe. There are a lot of parties and fireworks (which my poor rabbits hate), but it's safe to go out at night no problem. Unfortunately there is no AC and we had to buy a portable AC and it's STILL hot 🥵🔥. It only helps us so much 😭. It's the humidity it's so different in Valencia. Right now I'm in Fuerteventura and the weather is sooooo good. I'll have to enjoy it before I fly back haha 😂.
