@@Melmnyg She didn’t need to forgive him at all and that’s valid people sympathize with that cause he shouldn’t be cheating but she did not need to cheer like that you could see the man clearly loves that little girl and even he acknowledged that he shouldn’t have cheated and that was a mistake on his part. That’s the only dad that girl will ever know because her real dad just up and left her and he was the guy that stood up to take care of a responsibility that he was told possibly wasn’t his and that’s a lot to say considering some people don’t even try to take care of their kids let alone when they’re told that it’s a possibility that the kids not theirs. She didn’t have to forgive him if she didn’t want to she didn’t have to it’s her choice and people would understand that but the fact that she jumped up laughed and cheered at the fact that he wasn’t her biological father was just disgusting and disrespectful. @Juliana Silva That's because making a man responsible for a child that isn't his is a terrible thing. It's like forcing a woman to be a mother and making her pay money for it. In this case, this man wanted to be a part of the child's life. The mother deliberately held back information about the child possibly not being his and took the money he's given in child support. She gave him no ounce of respect for the fact that he put in lots of work to be there and then had the gall to cheer when it was stated that he was not the father. So, yeah, we would call her names still in the other situation because in both cases this woman would still be a terrible person.

Good luck with that. Most of the time there is no way for the man to get back child support he's paid. No laws are in place for this.
@stefanbrouwer4595 жыл бұрын
well i think to be honest this guy wouldnt for through with that even if he is in his right. The child is whats most important to him. he doesnt care about the money. On child support only he paid 200 dollar a month. times 12 is 2400 per year. the child is 3 so that would make 7200 he would get back then. Thats 7200 dollar spend on something different then that child. And I think this guy prefers tht the money is spent in the wellbeing of the child, which he will still always see as his own, then in his own wallet.t At least thats what I believe he would do.
@natashaaa35535 жыл бұрын
*l don't know how much of family law you know, but there is no such thing as "suing for child support reimbursement." The system does not have that in place in any of the states. I mean, there is such a thing as suing for PATERNITY FRAUD, but that is usually to get the court's to MAKE the mother submit the child for Paternity testing to DISESTABLISH PATERNITY. Mind you, this dissestablishing in only allowed in very specific circumstances. (If the man's 60 days to OBJECT to paternity are up and the judge has ALREADY SIGNED AN ORDER for child support effective until the child turns 18 or graduates from high school if 19 or 20.) The courts will usually REFUSE to listen to that case UNLESS the order is only being MODIFIED for lower or higher amounts!) But if a potential father can present ENOUGH EVIDENCE that he was DEFRAUDED into believing paternity, then the courts will listen (including the supreme court). Like this case would certainly get it's day in court. BUT, here's the thing, even though the courts will very likely hear this guy out, the best they'll do for him is order his name REMOVED FROM BIRTH CERTIFICATE and declared "not the father," for the sake of STOPPING CHILD SUPPORT. That is the best, the courts will do for him. The courts will not order the lady jailed or to "reimburse" him for the "fraud." The courts always find it in the best interests that a child was supported by a man who believed was the dad and NEVER DOUBTED BY ASKING FOR A DNA TEST..*

Like the comments said, the courts don’t do any justice for men that are not the biological father to children. In most cases, they would rather side with the mother over everything. The best I’ve seen was either joint of full custody and that’s rare unless you have good solid evidence. But to the fact of child support, i think every man should dna test their child if they’re not married or in a relationship with. I’ve almost had this situation done to me and almost put on child support until i got the result that i wasn’t the father. I truly feel bad for this man, that woman is heartless and pathetic as they are. Now she has a child with a guy that doesn’t want her and i hope he gets some kind of paternal rights and get primary custody (which i know won’t happen most likely)

@annagitana15 жыл бұрын
He doesn’t have to adopt her. A tv show DNA test is meaningless. Legally, he has been declared the father in a court of law and he can continue to be her father if he wants to. In fact, he may not be able to set aside a judgment of paternity even with a DNA test at this point. The law in many states requires someone to challenge paternity early on and after its determined they can’t come back and undo it by saying that genetically the kid isn’t theirs. There are a lot of men paying child support for kids that aren’t biologically theirs.

I'm adopted... Didn't know it, until someone (dad's sister, who hated my adopted mom) out of anger blurted it out at 45 years of age.... When I finally asked my dad about it (who had Dementia) he simply said... You will always be my special love...but not by blood.... That was in 2008... I still take care of him today he turned 91 February 14th 2020.... You just NEVER know..... Our relationship hasn't always been easy, but in my life he's taught me a few things I keep in my treasure chest of life. Main thing he taught me was to give 100% of whoever you are... to whatever you're doing, because it's worth doing it right in the first place... Even if you stumble trying.

1.skallen don’t know how it is in america but, if you are 13 or older, you can legally chose which parent. The older the better. depends on the situation of course. My mom used to be verbally abusive towards me. all my money that she’d hold on to would disappear. Turns out that money went towards drugs. If she couldn’t get her fix. she’d be so angry. thankfully, and unfortunately, she hardly didn’t get her fix. So her outbursts were rare. But i hated it so much. She got clean, and 100% regrets everything she ever done or said to me. Drugs change you. But I finally got my mom back. I love her. But i’d be lying if i didn’t admit i desperately wanted to live with my dad. In the end i stayed with her, and don’t regret it. Where my dad lives is- not the best for me.
