The truth is when they go through Court for the child support payments, the Court will set up the visitation, and all he has to do is go get the child, without saying anything to the Ex, and then return her on time. But with him out on a fishing boat, I bet that GF ends up taking care of the child most of the time.

I think Judge Lauren made a mistake. The man said that he did not want the child to be his and when the result came out that the child was his he became very emotional and Judge Lauren took it to mean that he regretted not being in the child's life. But I and others really believe that he became emotional because he didn't want the result to say that he was the father. His girlfriend didn't want it to be neither.

Raising a kid isn’t rocket science. My grandmother on my father’s side has an IQ of 82 that’s borderline intellectual functioning- that’s what we call being slow. She raised three kids alone. Just because this woman has a kid doesn’t mean she isn’t slow. I promise you, I know what slow is and she’s acting exactly how my grandmother is when she’s angry. She can’t articulate her emotions very well, she can’t follow a stream of consciousness, she angers easily- I’m sorry, but this woman is slow. When you put people in a different environment where interactions become more complicated, you can see their short comings but as my grandmother didn’t need to be put in situations like that, it’s not really easy to discern short comings. You can tell most easily through social and verbal discourse and this woman genuinely comes up short. She’s not severely mentally handicapped but she has a notable mark in decreased cognitive presence and functioning or else many other people wouldn’t be saying it. Literally hundreds of people have to be thinking the same thing for them to have liked the higher liked comments with such prevalence.

I hope Judge Lake rewatches this episode and realizes that she got on the wrong one after the results were read. All the child's mother said was that their child was now talking and knows her colors. She didn't make it about her at all. He was the one that went into saying that she didn't call him. If you father a child, it's not that child's mother's responsibility to call you. It's your responsibility to make provisions to be in that child's life regardless of any situation... at all costs! We MUST stop blaming women when men are absent. No amount of mouth, attitude, promiscuity, or ANYTHING could keep me away from either one of my children!!!

It is the mother's fault if the man is not around the child and wants to be. A lot of judges are starting to finally see parental alienation for what it is. Some of these women are turning their kids against their own fathers and making them hang up the phone on him or curse him out because of all the negativity they've been hearing straight out their moms mouth.

Sorry, I think the judge is wrong! Blaming Mrs Hernandez for not contacting the father over n over again so he could visit.... NO, NO, NO, NO....She blamed Mrs Hernandez, when it was Mr Hernandez who when he found out what his wife said that she has been faithful all along and that the baby was his,he had a minute to think and he shifited the blame. The BLAME Game should be on the father. He made up excuses that the baby was not his so he did not have to visit, so he could spend time with his new girlfriend. Most men would of stepped up well before 3 yrs if he wanted to. It was not the mothers job to chase him.

Really so he should just deal with her verbal words and be told to remove his name as the father. Wow. In the day and age you can get a DNA test before and after the baby is born. Both have parties have a part to play in it. Maybe before judging from the other side look at what he wants to do. Which is being a great father. But sometimes it's not worth the argument. Paid and be silent is what she wants him to be. He is paying for a fail relationship. Sad but true.

That was awesome 😊 I think that we need more like this judge! She is helping these children and even though it's just a show it is true and it gives the men the truth that they need and the children as well as some adults the truth that they need to move forward in their lives. In some cases it actually gives people their life back from being wrongly accused and having legal woes. So you go judge! God bless 🙏 and prayers for the families.

I'll just tell you something from the stand-point of someone who has studied human development quite a bit: "da-da" is one of the first phonemes/sounds that a baby produces - and I mean any baby, anywhere in the World. Since in English the word for father is "Dad", people believe the baby is saying "Da-Da" when say say "da-da". Now, in Portuguese the word "da" means "give", so in Brazil, for example, people believe the baby is asking for things when they say "da-da". In most cases, these babies are only making the sounds their brains and bodies have already learned to make, and they don't really have any meaning. After 12 months or so, most babies are probably making sounds with actual meaning. Her daughter is 3 y.o., but she might have a cognitive impairment. When the judge talks to the father about him having missed 3 years of the girl's life, the mother adds: "She's talking!", as if that was something amazing. Most parents wouldn't "brag" that their 3 yo can speak. That's something you brag about when your baby is 12-18 months. By 3 they form complete sentences and are able to tell a story!
@MHWM2014
@MHWM2014 5 жыл бұрын
Nana nazima M You and Amy don’t have any do ya? They most definitely all say dada without being taught and I’ve seen so many call every man they see “dada”. It’s highly embarrassing to the mother especially if she is out alone with said child. You and Amy must be special friends 🙄🤦🏾‍♀️😂
@kashinimeyo
@kashinimeyo 5 жыл бұрын
Amy and she wouldn’t know what dada is unless she was constantly taught/reminded of it. So if her kid is saying “where’s dada?” The mother must be continuously bringing up the fact that she doesn’t have a father there because what three year old thinks they need a father without knowing the birds and the bees? I was pretty much raised by a single mother from the time I was 2 until I was 8 (at which then my mother remarried) and not once did I ask where’s my dad. That’s just not something kids think about until they know that somethings wrong... meaning she has to be told she’s wrong. What three year old goes to school with kids apt enough to articulate who and what a father is and why everyone has one instead of “dada” being just a name? Literally none. So if a kid that has never had a father and doesn’t know the meaning of the word is asking for hers, she’s being emotionally abused by her mother since someone has to be constantly telling her that she’s different.
