Mas quando se fala nas músicas clássicas do sepultura, todas elas são da fase dos Cavalera. Nada vai superar álbuns como beneath the remains e arise, ou o contestado chaos ad é o péssimo roots, esse já clássicos estabelecidos. Mas enfim, cada geração tem seus clássicos, e o sepultura tem seus clássicos bem definidos, não importa qual formação. PS.: Derrick Green é um bom vocalista, mas sem o carisma do Max.

Besides, can you imagine the feeling of discovering a band like Sepultura at this point? Better yet, imagine what it must feel like to meet Eloy's work now, afer so many years. When Eloy arrived bassist Paulo in an interview with his way he said, "oh, all right", when he saw Eloy playing he said "fucked for me", Eloy is among the best drummers in Brazil and if not in the world, since he played a lot well, he was even exaggeratedly called a "new Neil Peart" because of the rhythmic adaptations ... I really think it is an exaggeration. Sepultura renewed the sound a lot and Eloy really became this monstrous drummer ... he wanted to see Aquiles Priester and Dave Lombardo together ... it was going to be a show of technique, speed and aggression.

Definitely one of my favorite metal bands in which both drummers Igor Cavalera and Eloy Casagrande are absolute beasts on the skins. They instantly make newcomers jaws drop because their skills and intensity are so insane. Igor was awesome and Eloy part of the new line up did not dissapoint, in fact I hate to say it but might be a hair better than Igor.

I don't really like this kind of music, but when i see Eloy hammering the drums, it just makes me feel good. Your reaction as a drummer makes it even better. This kid knows how to destroy drumsets, and you like it...so i like it! Great Reaction!

Check out Quadra, their last album. Your analysis was perfect, everything you said is actually what he does on propose. I'm following his work for some time, I'm Brazilian and a drum student, so I saw several interviews with him exploring all his setup, technics and stuff. He is amazing and he studied with Aquiles Priester, who you might know.
