Today especially, building communities is so important. It's the future of business in my opinion - niche communities with a founder or leader that supports them, and then in turn a community who supports that creator and their work.
This clip from the Traffic and Conversion Summit in San Diego (2021) shares a number of stories, strategies and tips you can use to build a thriving community under your brand. It's not enough to just show up, you have to create a space that a person can belong to, because that's all we really want as humans - to belong.
Check out our community of entrepreneurs at SPI PRO here and apply for the next cohort: www.smartpassiveincome.com/pro
Also, thank you to Traffic and Conversion and the team at Digital Marketer for allowing me to share clips from my talk! Check out their conference here:

Great tips here, Pat! I've been amazed at how much my audience members have been willing to open up and share their personal experiences with me in the comments section of my videos when asked very specific engagement questions. Getting to know my community members on this deep and personal level not only allows me to create content that best serves their needs, but creates a strong sense of connection that leads to a deep sense of satisfaction in my work.

Love the Lego example. User generated content is a win win. Customers get interaction with the brand and brand gets content.

Does Mighty support quizzes? If so, please describe how it works. Does it allow the creator to specify correct/incorrect answers and related explanations.
