Regarding the input delay: I had the same problem on the PS5 Pro. What fixed it was changing the gateway after starting the game in the options from "Auto" to the best server close to my location.

Interesting thing is, I selected the nearest German Server for my location but it anyway connected me to a server in the netherlands. Is that normal? I doubled checked if it went back to auto but it didn't.

The amount of options you get picking upscalers and dynamic resolution and them showing FPS is actually pretty funny. PSSR+60hz+DRS+Quality/No AA has been my go to. NIS is sharper but has more noise and shimmering, especially in movement. Pssr is a little soft but looks better in movement imo.

I found NIS to look the best but the shimmering is really obvious. Also 60 didn't feel like 60 at all so I set it to 120 which felt more responsive. I tried PSSR but it looked so soft after using NIS, like a massive downgrade. I might try PSSR/balanced/120 and see how that feels for a happy medium.

In my opinion the HDR implementation is horrible on pc. Switching from SDR to HDR barely makes a difference. However...turning on RTX HDR changes the game into absolute eye candy!

Too bad rtx hdr doesn't work for me. The option is there in the filter overlays but everything is greyed out. It says to relaunch the game for the effect to take place, but it just stays greyed out and never works. It works great on videos, doesn't look good on all vids, but it definitely works. But for games, nope, no go.😢

PSSR on ps5 pro looks very bad. I tried them all and only NIS looks stunning. It's funny because if it wasn't for POE2 I wouldn't buy pro. I played it for about 5 days on my regular ps5 and framerate drops were so terrible plus lots of artefacts on the screen. I do not have that issue on ps5 pro anymore. It runs super smooth. Very happy about this upgrade.

Can't decide between DTM or HGiG at the moment on PS5 Pro. Which is better on LG C4? I tested every settings. With calibrated Filmmaker mode HGiG the overall picture just has less vibrant color. In Game Optimiser DTM on seems the best for me. Bright and vibrant effects like lightning damage, fire etc. Which one setting do you reccomend? Guys which hdr settings do you use?

Apparently the delay is to do with the server selection that is set tip auto. If you pick one closest to you it fixes it. Open options > Game > Gateway

If I slow down your video, I can see that you also have horizontal flickering. Like a wave forming across the screen. This makes the game very unsettling for me. Tried everything but can't get it off. It drives me crazy to play like that.

Rough on ps5 for me so far, a ton of delay and when fighting mobs, I get a ton of stuttering. Wouldn't recommend anyone buy until its fixed. But that being said I love the game, but it is very rough.

You are NOT alone, the controls in the game are hot garbage. I put in over 3k hours to POE1 and the controls in this game are terrible. I play on M&KB and its trash, they need to fix it or give an option for POE1 controls/movement.

@@wanshurst2416 for over 25 years i have played arpg's with mouse to move why should i change now when the previous game had a perfect implementation and so does every other arpg. also my point was proven they have since implemented multiple fixes for mouse movement proving that I was correct that was in fact hot garbage. due to the game having a soft lock on mechanic for those WASD players this is not disabled for mouse to move players like me. So we end up attacking randomly or in the wrong direction to where our mouse is pointed and sometimes attacks just simple don't register and your character just stands there doing nothing. multiple fixes already and more to come, it feels much better now but still not where it should be.

HDR on PC feels kind of borked. Black level floor is fine, but highlights somehow look worse when HDR on is on than not. Looks significantly better with RTX HDR and even Auto HDR

@@teddyholiday8038 yeah you're right there, it sits around 88/90 for me as well. PSSR looks horrible, lacking in detail and too soft by far. NIS looks much better but there's loads of shimmering. Neither is ideal but then it's a beta so fingers crossed it gets better.
