@@sobesthetics3465 it's the combat frenzy spirit gem in combination with the keystone Resonance on the passive tree (convert frenzy into power charges)

Why "I am thunder" and not Blizzard? And why are you running both herald of thunder and ice?

@@shadowdudez originally I wasn't shocking consistently to use HoT so I took I am thunder. I use both cuz it looks cool, HoT is mostly visual and not aiding too much in clear. I gave it electrocute tho and it stuns stragglers pretty reliably so that's nice

How to proc lightning more often ?

@@peeradonbenjasupattananun7763 you need to kill shocked enemies, but if you're not getting it often, herald of thunder can be dropped. It's not that important

@@angelmusicvideos herald of ice scales with weapon damage so if you're scaling spells it probably won't work as well. You need to have a martial weapon equipped too
