Can anyone please tell me where this specific accent is from?! i've been trying to figure this out for days.

Sounds extremely middle eastern/Mediterranean accent. I know and have known several people from the Middle East/Mediterranean who spoke in a similar accent to Daresso. Also the fact that Daresso is a gladiator and a gladiator being an armed combatant who entertained audiences in the Roman Republic makes it highly possibly the accent is Mediterranean.
