i have 16gb Ram ddr3 Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz 3.20 GHz, Nvidia GTX 970 SDD disk, barely run at 30 Fps and crash often

Thanks for the feedback. As you can see, it runs quite nicely here. It must be your cpu. It's quite old and doesn't have hyperthreading, which nowadays is better, due to games having been quite a lot more multithreaded, compared to the past. My 2500k+290X also had quite some trouble running it, as shown in the below video, however it don crash, at least for the time I was testing. kzbin.info/www/bejne/garGqpaYm5ermtU I will also test on 2700k+GTX 1070, to see how it fairs. I also have a 4770k which I will try to test soon. It is disabled for now.
