i was in the georgia, and ngl i was going to ram the massachusetts since we were 2 on 5 but then i realised it was you and you got the destroyer out. So i opted for the faint ram and managed to get him. On my ps4 the render distance is low so i couldn't see what was going on at your side HP wise. I was already preparing to run since we had the lead.

Its honestly OP. Its just whenever it seems to go broadside it immediately gets wrecked hard, that n most folks are potatoes n dont like using their brains... I like my American ships but yeah... the other ships are better tbh

@@maxhunt5702 will I play on PC so in using stealth module that lowers detection by 10% and the captain trait that lowers it by another 10% that gets my detection rating to 52. You can get the detection radius down to like 12.5km with camos and all that, Its amazing for a bb in my opinion.

Georgia is a blast with Kinkaid. Just over 9 second rudder shift and just over 35 kts without speed boost. The guns still pack a punch. I one shot a Yammy who thought it was smart to go broadside to me. That was a most enjoyable salvo.

Its a beast with in mainbattery brawling range. Literally wrecks other bbs main guns but mad folk dont seem to realise that. Extremely good at flanking and MAN... If you can get behind a enemy fleet without them noticing you its fucking over lol

@@knitetimeteddy2989 I know that’s the trick though not getting noticed lol. It’s one of my favorite battleships and I don’t always run Kinkaid, sometimes I run my reload build with Lee on it. It’s kind of like Hood just bigger guns and better armor.

it’s funny because wargaming gets the guns wrong, while yes they was from ww1 the turrets were modern and the guns had also been upgraded and worked on. on top of that it was one of the most accurate battleships ever put to sea and they used powerful shells as well. also it had a very advanced and modern fire control system making the guns just as powerful if not more powerful then most other battleships :)

Well...she did have rebuilt turrets, but they're still the Mk1 turret. The guns were certified for supercharges and increased elevation for extended range. She did have the best fire control system the Brits put to sea, but it's comparable to what the USN was doing at the time. What I suspect is WG tends to play to national flavor with emphasizing doctrine or actual characteristics of the real ships/guns. Since the guns of this ship came from the, ummm, 'light' battlecruisers Glorious and Courageous, it's possible they were wire wound guns which would emphasize both bore erosion and barrel droop with the supercharges. That might be why WG has given this ship such wonky accuracy.

Highly recommend you get the COVID vaccine if/when possible) So here’s my question for you…I joined this game October of last year and lost count on all of the complaints regarding the Vanguard and of course, the assembly line of buffs which inspired its nickname. In your opinion, would you say that the Vanguard is finally fixed thus removing most of the relevant issues that have kinda plagued this particular ship?

I’ve got the Vanguard and I love it but I seem to get killed right of the bat as the game starts. For example if I’m surrounded by other battleships the enemy team always seems to go for me first. When I do win and survive in the Vanguard it’s a amazing game I had.

trust me, she's very tanky bow on so don't be afraid to angle slightly sacraficing your back guns. Also, don't sleep on her two front turrets! They buffed the ap penetration so you can still get 8k or 10k damage per salvo

Hey Spartan. There is no way to actually reduce the turningcircle. Only the ruddershift can be improved. That is why something like a New Orleans can habe a ridiculos 4-5 sec ruddershift, but is still quiet clumsy with the 660m turningcircle.

To me the Vanguard is an inferior ship to its tier 6 predecessor. Kinda reminds me of the new USN BB line. I seem to have way better matches in the NC than the Kansas. Even when I'm up-tiered

Vanguard is a pretty good ship. On my build it’s easier for me to dodge enemy fire. I run Tennant a little over 31 kts speed and an under 9 second rudder shift. I like it because I get 2 reload boosters and not many people are expecting a vanguard to be so shifty.
