Do you know if it's possible to create a spell that can optionally use focus points? such as Shield (Amped)?

I think the system devs are working on integrating this into core, but in the meantime there is an unofficial module you can install that has the amped cantrips in it: github.com/TikaelSol/PF2e-Psychic-Amps The person who made this module is actually a dev on the system as well, so I'd consider that pretty trustworthy.

Thanks for the video, is there a way to "change your mind" after character creation, for example change race or class?

There absolutely is. On the right side bar, go to the compendium tab (it should be right by the gear icon), find "Ancestry" or "Class", open up that compendium, and just drag your new choice into the same field as before. It'll overwrite it.

what about for druids that know all their spells? Is there an easy way to transfer all of them to my spell preparation window??

Unfortunately I don't know of a way to mass import them, but perhaps there might be a macro out there that does it.

I need to know how to add the prepared spells and you don't show how to enter the numbers. How do I get them from 0 to something else?

You click on the zero, and enter the number you want.
