Oh snap, you right. My mistake! I forgot that only the "Thief Racket" can do that! Thanks for pointing it out!

Really looking forward to your Fighter video! Excited to see your opinion of it with the variety of feats and playstyles!

I've learned that I LOVE the martial classes in Pathfinder 2e! I adore all of the options that the "Boring" classes get! Barbarians are so in-depth compared to other systems!
@TheFreelancerTex4 жыл бұрын
@@Nonat1s I really enjoy how the Martial Classes were handled as well. The Fighter is everything I expected when I first started getting into TTRPGs. 5E was my introduction to the playstyle and I was somewhat disappointed with the progession of the classes. Ive spent many hours reading the 2E Core handbook, but have yet to actually play. Cant wait to hear the viewpoint of someone with more experience!

Love your videos! You should do a leveling up video too. Had some problems with it earlier.
@Nonat1s4 жыл бұрын
I've thought about it! It's a bit tough to do since each class levels up slightly differently, but I'll look into it and see if I can structure it well enough to make a video out of it!

My druid in extinction curse (using free archetype rules) started at level one as a animal order. At level two I took order explorer for wild and free archetype as beastmaster. This has had the effect of allowing me to have access to both orders and I use the archetype feat to pump up my animal companion and my class feat to up my wild order feats. I think this is broken but I also think it is legal.

Edit: Found the errata. Oddly enough I think it would have been more interesting to have kept the original version but make it do that when it is cast you choose whether it heals or can be used to provide a meal but not both. I think you confused the Goodberry spells at around 6:40. Or was it Errata'd in Pathfinder? Cause the CRB version I have access to has the same as shown in the video. Which makes it seem like more valuable spell. Being able to basically give yourself, and possibly another person, a meal for free each day, or more people via heightening the spell, seems pretty good and that is ignoring the healing effect. Edit2: Maybe have it also tie into a survival or other check and have scaling effects?

I love all your videos about Pathfinder 2E! I'd totally become your Patreon whether you have a $2 or $3 tier. As a Brazilian guy and having to take 1-to-6 ratio in currency conversion (BRL to USD), 5 USD (about 30 BRL) is a lot for me/us! But you can count on me to Like and Share you videos with my group and friends! We are about to start a 2E campaign (Age of Ashes) after 9+ years basically playing 1st edition campaigns! I'm still reading the core rulebook... By the way, are you using Herolab Online? If yes, did you mind doing a review? For years I've been using Classic Herolab and I love It! Unfortunately It will not have support for 2E!

That's awesome to hear! I love it when people take that dive to try out the new system! I've never used herolabs unfortunately! Most of my experience has been using offline character sheetsfilled in manually. As for the patreon part, don't worry about it! That's a scary conversion rate, so absolutely no worries! I may add a $1 tier sometime in the future! If I do, I'll definitely mention it at the beginning of a video, so keep an eye out! Thanks so much for watching!

@@Nonat1s Be sure I will become your Patreon when these tiers ($1 or $2) become available, at least for me understanding your accent is an easy task. I'm not a native speaker but I can handle your explanations easily! Great job! You totally have a gift explaining complex things! I wish 2E where more clear on some topics! Let's wait for a second printing and wish they make some os their topics clear! Sorry for my english! I'm trying to do my best as an English student!

You mention that Storm Order druids get the tempest surge focus spell and end up with 2 focus points at 1st level. I'm not seeing this in the rule book. How is this possible?
@Lrh904 жыл бұрын
Under Druidic Order it states: "...Order spells are a type of focus spell. It costs 1 Focus Point to cast a focus spell, and you start with a focus pool of 1 Focus Point.". So before choosing a Druidic Order, you begin with 1 focus point (so all Druids start with 1 focus point). The Storm order states: "...You gain the tempest surge order spell, and you increase the number of Focus Points in your focus pool by 1.". I took this information from AON so I don't have CRB pages, but this should be the latest information including any errata

I love Pathfinder 2e, but they did Druids wrong. Every druid, of sufficient level, by default, should have, even if limited, wild shape ability. 5e does the Druid better.
@andrew-se6gb4 жыл бұрын
No matter what order you choose in PF2e, you can take Order Explorer as a 2nd level class feat. And through Order Explorer, you can take the Wild Shape feat, which grants the Wild Shape order spell. So you can still get Wild Shape at level 2, which is the earliest you can get it in 5e, regardless of what order you choose at level 1.
@warlocksunited2e5803 жыл бұрын
Plus druids should not be able to all wild shape, that essentially gets rid of the whole point of the druid order system, especially the wild order which judging by what u say would be only more expansive which for an order, is awful
