What if you already have something plugged into the 14 pin connector? I have the Kury rear vertical lights and the center fender light. The adaptor harness for those also plug into the same 14 pin connector.

Hey Cruiseman, Nice video. Can you add a short clip of where the 2001-2010 connects to the turn signals. Its behind the rear license plate panel. I installed my light on my 2010 and had no idea where to connect. The 2001-2010 kit does not come with the 14 pi connector. It has a red and a blue connector that connect behind the license plate cover. (Got great instructions and a picture from SoCalMotoGear customer service)

- - - - - - - IMPORTANT NOTICE - - - - - - - - The 14-pin connector can be VERY DIFFICULT to locate. There is a similar connector next to the relay box, but it is smaller and is the incorrect connector. The correct connector will be farther back, toward the trunk, on the right side (as you sit on the bike) next to the frame. It doesn’t matter if it’s an Airbag model or not! You may have to move other wire harnesses out of the way to locate it.

Chris, I received my light yesterday for a 2008 GL1800 the harness is totally different and there are no directions available yet do you have any information as to where the red and blue 3 pin connectors tie in at?
