In 1989, Devilal fought election from Rohtak(haryana) and Sikar(rajasthan)......everyone knew that he won from both constituencies but a few knew that in that election he also fought from Punjab's constituency(perhaps Firozpur or Hoshiyarpur)......but in the end, he supported the independent Candidate.......

Sir I have gone through option (d) in question no 86 . As court has said to file an appeal through writ petition is itself a fundamental right so is uncontrolled and discretionary powers will be given by legislation then it may hinder the person to go an appeal in the court ,so how person will be go to court and appeal because 32 is the only way if fundamental rights are vioaled then person can approach directly to courts .

I searched the meaning of committed judiciary and everywhere it mentioned that it means judiciary which upholds the laws of government . Many experts have said it is harmful to liberal democracy. Even I ticked committed judiciary thinking it to mean that judiciary committed to uphold laws of Constitution. In Q77 - they asked the difference between Parliamentary model. In Britain also, Constitutional amendment are dealt with by the SC of Britain. Then how does the second option matter ?

British Parliament can create or end any law and generally the judiciary can not overrule. In India there is check and balance.

In Britain also they are referred to SC ( if I am not wrong ). So how is it a difference as question didn't ask if judiciary could overrule
