Nice job guys. However, Russia really needs to step up their civil / criminal physical assault laws and enforce. That guy with the baby should have been at the very least been charged with assault with a deadly weapon (the vehicle). Add to that, "child endangerment." (Not to mention kicking the pedestrian unprovoked while holding the child.) The least of his worries SHOULD have been a traffic ticket. Maybe a cunning Law Firm could represent the Stop a Douchebag" movement and file Civil Lawsuits; especially against the drivers AND owners of the luxury vehicles involved in physically violent confrontations. The well-paid douchebag professionals featured would also make for profitable civil settlements. A "contingency fee" arrangement perhaps.
