Nammeri George, Alhamdulillah you miserably failed to show me one reference from the Quran or Hadith of the Prophet peace be upon him where this number "72" virgins is mentioned. There is only one reference in your post which is from the Book of Tirmidhi. So we can conclude that the number "72" does not appear anywhere in the Quran or any of the Hadith of the Prophet (Pbuh) without a shred of doubt paradise in Islam is a place of Joy and happiness. If there is no joy and happiness then what we will do in paradise ? There are many references in the Quran and also in Hadiths that for men there will be multiple wives i.e "Hurs" which are beautiful young girls. And also there will be young boys as servants. We will have a luxurious life in paradise eternally, In sha Allah. I can respond to your each and every quotation but here I want to focus on one point only for better understanding i.e " 72" virgins. The confusion that exists in the minds of Non Muslims as well as some Muslims is because of one oral tradition by Tirmidhi. This is just his personal opinion. The real tragedy is that so few scholars have accepted that this controversy exists or have failed to challenge the misinterpreted verse of the 72 virgins in the Quran. A well-known and widely transmitted Hadith of Imam al Tirmidhi explicitly notes that male martyrs will enjoy the pleasure of 72 virgins in paradise. In this narration he mentioned about 7 favors specially for martyr from Allah Subhanahu Wataala. So this is quite clear that "72" virgins does not does not appear anywhere in the Quran or Hadith. This is just an opinion of a scholar and we can say its a myth. But obviously paradise is an eternal place for joy and happiness. However, what is your response for rape, adultery, fornication in your Bible ? what is your response for the verses when it says in Ezekiel chapter 23 verse 20 " There she lusted after her lovers, whose genitals were like those of donkeys and whose emission was like that of horses." There whole chapter is disgusting but as a female I can't recite this verse in front of my parents. Is this the word of God talking about the genitals like horses and donkeys ???? How to rape your own sister, read 2 Samuel chapter 13 verse 6 onward. Is this the word of God ? Genesis chapter 19 verse 30 to 38, here father is committing with his two daughters and they had bastard children from that insist. Is this the word of God ?? Genesis ch 38 verse 15 to 18 Here Father in law is committing adultery with sister in law and she had bastard children from her own father in law. Is this the word of God ?? Genesis chapter 38 verse 8 to 10 , Here brother in law is committing adultery with sister in law. Is this the word of God ?? I can give you dozens of examples like that. The types and types of insist, adultery, rape and fornication, whatever you want, you don't have to go anywhere else. Just open your Bible and read. Now question arises, is this the word of God. Can you attribute this filth and dirt to God Almighty ??

Creator does not create partners! I'm sure he knows what he's doing and I don't question his knowledge brother. but shouldn't we follow the messenger (pbuh)? the Qur'an does say that if the messenger was harsh to them they (the disbelievers) would have run away. ridiculing a person cannot be a proper way of da'wah. atleast it's not the way of the messenger I'm sure. Allah knows best :)

Mehrab K sometimes ridicule is necessary. those Christians were extremely aggressive and were much louder than Br Hashim. the reason you hear Hashim louder in this video is because the recorder is near his mouth. the Christians are far from the recorder and yet you can hear them almost as loud as hashim. the missionaries are lying belittling and insulting of our prophet. give the credit to the brothers for keeping their cool, I don't think I can.

cat loran that might be a reason. but what I wanted to say is that it's only for a debate right? I mean it does look like a verbal battle out there. the disbeliever is here only for the sake of debate, not with an open mind or to seek the truth. and if I'm not wrong, brother Hashim is also here for the sake of winning the debate and to make his point, not to give da'wah I guess. nonetheless, i am not judging his efforts. but it's my personal opinion that a hard heart like this Christian guy might not be convinced with such behavior. He didn't even pay attention on half of the things the brother said. both of them were focused on making each other look bad rather than sharing the knowledge. well that's my personal opinion though :)

Mehrab k I understand what you are saying. the Christians are there not to have a debate but to insult and be loud so they can cast doubts in people's hearts. they know they can't win a respectful debate because the facts are not in their favor. notice how the Christians kept asking questions in succession without caring what the answer was, this particular Christian usually stands few steps away from any genuine debate between muslims and other people and every time the Muslims is speaking he keeps shouting "liar liar" no matter what is been said. that's is his MO. there are times when respectful conversation is taking place and Br Hashim is always respectful to anyone who is not disrespecting him.
