Question, which lard is the best to buy as I’ve heard not good things about the blue n turquoise boxed one here in Arizona? Three places that used to make it for their shops closed! ¡Que receta tan excelente! Great pork belly instructions you gave, the meat itself looks delicious, even sounds awesome when taking it out of the oven!
