Justin is a good example of someone with an awesome mindset through it all. Tammy, and Maja are a couple examples of people that just blame everyone else around them, and take no responsibility based on the clips I have watched. It really is disgusting how far they go to blame and be nasty to their loved ones around them.

Being in the grip of a food addiction, is a truly horrible nightmare. 16 months ago, I weighed 275 lbs - the only reason I began to lose weight was because it was getting increasingly harder to look after myself and I live alone - I had no choice. By eating no more than 1300 calories a day and walking up to 4.5 miles a day, I now weigh 120 lbs. I'm still obsessed with food all the time, I still love eating but regaining my health far outweighs the desire to put on weight again. No more - pre-diabetes, high BP, bad BO and itchy skin, aching joints, frightening sleep apnea that wakes you gasping for breath, constant tiredness, immobility, taking one hour to walk the half mile to the supermarket because of frequent stops - it's all gone now. Apart from feeling 1000% better, I can now wear nice clothes again. Good luck to everyone with their weight loss journey 💖💖💖💖
