ineffective communication has caused a lot of health challenges , such poor service utilisation and uptake ,and even self discharge because of violation of patient rights either verbal or non verbal style of communication . i have learnt a lot

If a resident wants to stay up to finish he's 30 minute show he will have 5 diffrent people come in and out asking him if he would like to go bed to "encourage" him see how they replaced the word bullying with encouragement

In a nursing home as a resident your rights are trumped by what ever shift is coming in night shift will make u get up 4 hours before breakfast without asking to please dayshift

Sorry but you are talking a different language, I agree with you but SAVA does not, in fact, this no joke or hyperbole, there is zero communication between staff unless it has to do with their main agenda..oppression...as far as residents, they are always the last to know anything...
