That Kirby is from a 2008 set by Sanei which also contains a sitting Kirby, Waddle Dee, King Dedede (with his hammer), and a bunch of copy ability Kirby. They’ve been rereleased several times so finding that Kirby shouldn’t be too hard, though some such as Dedede have become quite rare. Good luck finding some for your sister! That’s very nice of you.
