Hey dude, have a question. First time painting my shoes with kicks fabric paint. Painted the sides of shoes on the rubber part black 3 weeks ago and it's still sticky to touch?? I thought this paint worked on rubber? Any suggestions what to do? Wondering if I can just put top coat on it like it is?
