No it means two thirty minute meetings a month for the first three months

Anyone knows why I lose the shaders everytime I open up the file?

That happened to me before but it would only be with a certain file, what I did was export selected just the model, then opened a new file and imported the surfaces. That seemed to fix the issue for me.
