Patrice was always in the vanguard of the fight against political correctness. While 99% of comedians were just ducking down and doing safe material, Patrice spoke out. Dave Chappelle is the greatest living comic because he does the same thing. Dave takes on social issues in a high profile way, and points out ridiculous trends or positions, unfair treatment of the majority by the vocal minority, and hypocrisy - the true mark of an elite comic.

Taking a comedian serious for a joke is akin to accusing Schwarzenegger of condoning mass murder by firearm on film! A comic’s job is pointing out the hypocrisy, and irony of life in a humorous fashion.. If someone doesn’t get the joke, it’s not for them. I’ve heard some seriously racist jokes from people. What I had to instantly do is determine intent of the person delivering the joke. (My responsibility for MY brain lol) The question, were they (attempting) to be funny, or did they mean actual harm.. Either I’ll laugh with, or laugh at.. Offense implies victim.. Of which I am not.. “Sticks and stones” Anyone remember that? Great examples of comedians that TODAY “offends” are the orations of Don Rickles, George Carlin, Lenny Bruce, and Richard Pryor.. Nothing they’ve based their routines on came from an untrue space, they had the underlying “If thine eyes offends thee, pluck them out” mentality.. (Of which I thoroughly agree).. Carlin opened one show by begging this question.. “Why is it that most of the people who are against abor#!on, are people you wouldn’t want to f#%k in the first place..?” Absolutely HILARIOUS! But.. BUT… That simple joke today would rob us of his genius because some human with soft ears would take umbrage and “cancel him. (Whatever that means😂) Ironically, Carlin also warned us about soft language breeding soft people.. Welp! Here we are! I remember when hip-hop and rap lyrics were ABSOLUTELY “offensive”.. Now Snoop is Crypt walking and 100% banging on the 50yd line at the super bowl halftime show! So much for the “offended” argument. I think this argument does a great disservice to the idea by making it an issue where comics and humor and jokes should be allowed. Not funny non comics are also protected by freedom of speech. The line is drawn when that the speech becomes the cause for dangerous action, not that you imagine the speech may be the cause of dangerous action. When it comes to speech as anything else, the division of future crime has to go away due to ubiquitous unreliability. That and Patrice was the best. RIP Pit Bull. This is why he is the comics comedian...before he died he actually said he saw what was coming, was so angry he might quit comedy and try to make a real change...who knows what that mightve been..I think staying a comic voice was unavoidable...I grew up not too far from him..in the Boston area we deal with all of this shit thru comedy, none of us belong in politics. Patrice was ahead of his time and had he lived long enough would've been the number 1 podcast in America exposing truth through his unique comedy. He never would've bowed down to anyone. And may have united us a bit more through straight logic.

Imagine if you're emotional kind of person and you have a bad morning at home and come in to work and take it out on your workers and fire a bunch of people for no reason. Other then you're in a bad mood and you want to hurt someone else. I think workers should have rights as well as the employer the rules should be laid out and if you break them you pay the consequence.

So hear me out: I don't have a problem with what this man is telling her, I know people should be left to their own devices so long as they respect others and the law.
