In a world where the fitness industry is geared toward the young and beautiful -and the older generation is over looked - this is so incredibly inspiring. Feels like Dallas truly cares and loves others.

Happy Awesome 80th Birthday Patricia!!! YAAA!!! I've cried and smiled while watching your inspiring story. You've motivated me to get back to working on my planks again. So proud of you and forever thankful for Dallas and DDPY for helping me transform my life too.

I'm a lifelong wrestling fan. One of my first pictures was sitting on my great grandfather's lap watching wrestling. Even when I leave it it doesn't leave me for too long. Every one of my favorite wrestlers still alive stroke their own egos whenever I listen to them. Except for Page. Dude is spending his retirement helping other people. Wrestlers, grandma's, guys who just let it slip away, women looking for a beach body, it just doesn't matter. He's just such an admirable man.

This is very inspiring for me, I'm 44 and was diagnosed with CVD (cario vascular disease) and have had 6 stints placed in my heart, had a scare not too long ago with heart palpitations that took me to the ER, thankfully I was taken care of by amazing doctors and nurses, I've lost almost 60 pounds since, seeing this gives me so much hope, thank you DDP YOGA, even though I'm far away from you guys these videos really help in motivating me to keep going and have a more positive outlook in life, I'm sticking to my diete regiment like super glue and my workout plan, much love to you and all your staff and patients.

When I was first vetting Dallas & DDPY, looking for signs of integrity or utter lack of it, I was brought to tears over a clip of Patricia being empowered to accomplish the most basic task of self-care. Inspired by this clip and recent experience with my Mom aging well, I traveled to Mexico last year with the group. Since then, l have been working every day to slowly expand my own strengths & capabilities. It was such a wonderful thing to have you both pop up on the KZbin feed this morning! Someday... There is a Volvo visiting my mechanic which will let me drive across the US without crippling me too bad. I plan to come & visit & sweat with Y'all & just be there in person to express my joy & gratitude. I do not know where I would be without this group but I can sure tell you this; the Big Ugly Chronic Pain thing has had it's teeth pulled. Slowly but surely, this body is changing & the consciousness along with it. See Y'all as soon as I can put the travel package together again (I used to be good at this road trip stuff). XOX
Bless you, DDP you are the man. I love seeing how you help out people in need. Best wishes to you and your family my friend

I can still remember watching WCW at my friend's house every week back in the 90s. I remember he and his father were huge DDP fans but at first I didn't get it. Gradually I watched him work and found myself becoming a fan as well, he was always genuine and put on amazing matches. Now, at 40, I have a whole new appreciation as I do DDP Yoga and see how it keeps me feeling young. So many of my friends talk about the pains and aches of aging and I don't feel them thanks to the program. This KZbin channel is just a constant source of inspiration and positivity. You are one of a kind DDP. I'll be a fan forever.

Now, THIS I S I N S P I R I N G ❣️💪🙌 Thank you, PATRICIA, DDP &TEAM ❣️🤗🤗🤗 Greetings from ARCTIC Norway 🇳🇴🇳🇴🇳🇴🇳🇴 Edited in: I was STUNNED to understand that this was the same woman I watched in tears(both me and her,) 5yrs ago. Talk about turning back the hands of time❗❗ I don't think you know the impact this has and will have. I passed my 5.0 upgrad. Having COPD, astma, ptsd etc (never let it stop me) Even though,I have many times been thinking: "what's the point of doing so and so...my life's over soon anyhow..." (I've been so deep into depression, I've wanted to end it all) DDPY and good friends has been my life line.Thank you for changing and making peoples lives better. I'm forever grateful, you have NO IDEA how many you've helped #DDDP❣️

Inspiring! I’ll be 80 next May. In my favor, I have good balance and flexibility. I can get up from the floor(my favorite place to sit) without using my hands. I can stand on 1 leg with my arms out to the side. I can touch the floor without bending my knees. All that is great. I’m aware, however, that I need to build muscle and I have torn cartilage in both knees but not needing surgery yet. Meeting goals keeps the body and mind younger than the so-called age.
