Would't here SV be a 6.2, bc the popa would be one plus one tenth on DV and the combo would be .1 more in CV

In order for there to be CV, the two skills combined would need to be turns. And since she only does a triple spin, which is valued at a C (less than D), it would need to be a spin on the same foot into a spin that carries a B+ value.
