It was something that Patrick said to Lisa when he said we were just working so hard in college, we did not have time for relationships, just working to get into medical school. which means him and Lisa met when they were undergrads like when they were 20 or 21 years old, so Lisa held onto her attraction for Patrick for 12 years or more with that is whacked.

which is the nicest way that Patrick could’ve said no I never loved you without antagonizing her also longer than 12 years you do 4 years of undergrad then you do 4 years of medical school then you do your 5-8 years of residency 3 year of fellowship like it would’ve took him 16 years just to become a neurosurgeon

I liked Jason,Robin,sam in scenes together as friends.sam,jason were disappointed,sad that she was not pregnant not yet anyway but that when the bad started to happen to them

Mac dismissing how serious Patrick's wound could be and he still hasn't forgiven Patrick (yet), which is understandable considering how protective he is of his girls, but Maxie had done far worse with Lucky and stealing drugs for him, and he supported her completely
