The one thing that has helped me finish my book a week is an actual EReader like Kindle Paperwhite or Oasis. No alerts and it does audiobooks. It's hard for me to stick to paper books.

It simply depends on how much of a priority it is for you. I start off my day by reading my Bible about 35 to 50 minutes each day. I end up reading through the Bible 4 or 5 times a year. The other books are read in bits in pieces depending on how much time I devote to them. But once the day starts it's hard to find time, so that's how I prioritize my time for reading.
