Hey Patrick, Just found your video this morning [I'm in Aus and now is 9pm ] and spent 2 hours putting this exact build together for both myself and my GF. My GF is always complaining that she feels week [I do mostly dps/weapon builds and she relies more on her skills] I found this vid and knew 110% that this was the build I been waiting for. I'm glad someone finally said it! This talent is completely misinterpreted. Although, I don't completely trust the numbers in the shooting range...as I've written them down, changed absolutely nothing on my build, came back and they were a different. However, KM has always given me stronger numbers when both skills are fully buffed, and I don't have to worry about the increased incoming damage. GG

I'm running a very similar build with no glass cannon and switched skill haste for either skill damage or crit percent. It means I'm not so squishy and I can swap turret out for a shield if I'm running with friends. It's a great build for both solo and group play. Enjoying the videos, look forward to the next one.

@@DriftKingToBe For sure, Im honestly not sure what I was using @ that time...lol my best burn build tho is three piece empress two piece wyvern spark on the chest and shock and awe on the bag. Status and skill damage on everything. One blue chip on the bag rest yellow. Build is absolutely amazing for me!!!! 👌🏼🙌🏼 Edit: I used combined arms for the first few weeks and decided it was too tough to hit my skill damage within the three seconds.... shock and awe works way better for burn and combined is better for this type of build!!

hardwired 4pieces for me is always the best set. I love the artificer and turret build with hardwire. Of course it's not the hardest hitting but not far either, plus the most important thing when playing leg: flexibility and error forgiving(badly placing turret, running from a rush), you can just brake it and the hive and be able to redeploy quickly.

With the Waveform added to the game, Hardwire got a huge buff. Your *base* skill damage is about 5% lower compared to a Empress build, but you get the added benefit of up to 40% *total* skill repair on top of your *total* skill damage. The extra cooldown reset is also huge!

Mechanical animal and capacitor both use 5.56 ammo so if you run out of ammo you won't have a back up weapon apart from pistol.

I put this together last night and my first action after watching the utter carnage was to check to see what difficulty I was on, legendaries were like hard mode. The only downside with the build though is the fact that you're one shot from grenades, drones and RC cars. Got to play it tactical and not put yourself in a position where you're getting hit, even once.

Wrong. At higher difficulties your turret and drone starts dieing,so you need to get em back asap.

@@SilverWF it will probably depend on the situation really. In a group the duration could be more valuable than solo where the cdr will probably be better. I think its one of those things in this game that is fluid and should be adjustable according to the situation, so really having the mods for both could add some flexibility to the build.

The new items really give agents a boost. I fetched the capacitor yesterday, put on some mediocre rolled empress gear and ran through heroic like never before. Drone, Turret and the combined firepower we now have is just too good. Hopefully the devs will not nerf everything into the ground again. I'm looking forward to proceed further in the season, get the new scorpio shotgun for my hunters fury char, check out the rigger set and optimize my rolls :-)

I have been running something similar for quite a while but am now experimenting with Contractor gloves as the 6th piece. Thinking the dmg to armor applies to skills as well. You lose the 5% from the Perfect Force Multiplier using a Wyvern or Empress backpack but it looks to me that the Contractor gloves with skill damage rolled on it more than makes up for it.

I’m a skill focused agent, currently running Drone and seeker mines with the Capacitor and 3 empress, named chest Ceasars Guard, 1 wyvern, 1 belstone and Memento. So much bonus armor for the seekers, tends to proc Skilled and get them back and keep spamming. Hell Heroics are a breeze now!!

457k damage with turret. I copied your build's with 2 exceptions, i used an artificer and a secondary gun with future perfect. I threw out the artificer and turret. I maxed the capacitor's stack, then i pulled the secondary and got the future perfect going. While future perfect was going, i switched back to the capacitor and refilled the stack. At that point my turret was doing 457k damage. Great build, thanks.

Wouldn't Perfect Tech Support > Perfect Combined Arms? I feel the uptime would be significantly more. Especially for those cluster f%@k fights where you try not to peek out too much. I feel the 20s buff on skill kill would just generally have a longer and more consistent AND safer to your health, uptime. i'm using same gear combination but with tech-support, kinetic momentum and the named pdr 'test subject'. still missing on that waveform holster, but i feel the damage beeing more constistent... especially due to the decay of the capacitor stacks running from area to area. perfect in-sync gives 40% extra hitting just 1 bullet fired from cover, capacitor needs 40 hits for 60%

capacitor is good if youre doing a hybrid build with skill dmg and chc & chd. i run 3 piece empress, 2 piece hana U and the named chest piece groupo sombra for perfect spark. 1 red and 5 yellows. on my gear its all skill dmg and chd/chc. no skill haste needed. technician spec for the additional yellow to make it 6. capacitor and harmony for my guns. i have 60% chc and 135 chd for capacitor and 125 chd for my harmony. criting about 500k plus. sure, youre gonna have less skill dmg however the dmg output and chd from your gun makes up for the missing skill dmg. try it

Capacitor is superior for any skill build honestly. It takes but a few seconds to build up those stacks. Test subject is solid for DPS build or skill build.

I actually use the rigger set but except the chest piece wyvern with kinetic movement and keep the rigger backpack for the resets so if my team is getting pushed I can bring back the drone and turret. However make sure they are not destroyed or on that last bit of duration. I saved my team on legendary missions a few times from those hard pushbacks.

Mr wolf. Live the videos but on this one I may have a higher dps drone turret skill build. Technician 5 yellow 1 red striker skill build with combined arms on chest wivern into maxed out kneepads skill damage haste. This takes alot of crafting as you have to craft each striker bit with skill damage so you can reroll to skill on main. Once you have the mask for example you then need to optimize skill damage. During game play shooting with new exotic is amazing and builds up power of shot and drone turret with striker. If you have a twitter account let me know and I'll send you screen shot of my build. So, I love this build, but my BIG QUESTION is how do you get past the FIRST part of the District Union Arena in Legendary solo?? It seems massively unbalanced in solo play! I have managed it, but only with a shield tank build. I just get blasted if I try to use Tur/Dro.

i havent tested but have you tried using sacrifice? switch hana bp to wyvern with tech support or combined arms. and chestpiece could be sacrifice speced with skill haste and damage. could be come damage since glass cannon is amped damage

I prefer the sniper turret with glass cannon and the percussive maintenance backpack. Hits potentially 9.5 million damage if you aim at their head.

If you use Glass Cannon then how long you can survive to activate Backpack (Combined Arms) and Capacitor talent ? You need constantly dish out damage with weapon to activate both talents. And that means you need to stay out of cover to fire frequently with Glass Cannon setup. I prefer Tech Support more than Combined Arms. I also prefer 1 Blue + 5 Yellow

I have a decent skill build Fenris group ab mask with weapon damage, armor regen, skill damage, and whatever gearmod, memento backpack, empress international vest with armor regen, skill damage and whatever mod talent should be kinetic momentum, empress international gloves with skill damage and skill haste, wyvern wear holster with skill haste and skill damage, and empress international kneepads with skill damage and skill haste. Capacitor assualt rifle, Harmony rifle, and tdi kard custom pistol.

Rigger is buged. it does half the damage is supposed to. Check it without using enything else. it does 12.5% instead of 25% and 25% instead of 50% with the chest bonus.

Isn't Kinetic Momentum > Glass Cannon? Kinetic Momentum procs for both skills 15% (for a total of +30%) Glass Cannon is only +25%....plus you take 50% more. Skills can't crit so amplified damage isn't as effective.... Correct me if I'm wrong...

No ways glass cannon is leaps ahead of kinetic, kinetic is for damage healer hybrids. I see a lot of people getting mislead by other creators it’s a shame

@MRKarlSync Nope, while both *total* damage and *amplified* damage are multiplicative and a 30% *total* damage might look juicier compared to a 25% *amplified* damage. You have to understand that multiple sources of *total* damage are additive. So if you put, - Perfectly Combined Arms + Glasscanon you get : 1.25 x 1.30 = 1.625 skill multiplier - Perfectly Combined Arms + Kinetic Momentum you get : 1.30 + 1.30 = 1.6 skill multiplier That's why having a source of *amplified* damage usually wins vs *total* damage because multiplication beats additions most of the time.

Overcharge is separate to skill tiers you need to overcharge from btsu or mechanical animal for example.

Thanks for this... just my 2c for an extra couple of k If my math is correct, perfect glass cannon(sacrifice with +10% skill damage rolled in) gives a couple k more damage than 1 piece wyvern chest with glass cannon with the 2x +10% skill damage obtainable IE. if choosing to run glass cannon, may as well go all in and run sacrifice perfect glass cannon with the +10% skill rolled in as the extra 5% damage from it is higher than the extra 10% skill damage from 1 piece wyvern or the 2 piece hana-u

What exactly does Skill Efficiency do? I run 2 Empress, 2 Hana U, 1 Wyvern and 1 Belstone Armory for the Armor and regen. Helps out a lot and you’re still at Skill Teir 6 with Technician. Talents I run are Kinetic Momentum and Perfect Combined Arms. Works really well.

I believe it's like Weapon Handling Gives a bit of everything skill related, i know it gives more hp to shields, but i think damage, haste, duration it's included, just don't know how much But with Memento's 30% my shield goes from about 14m to 20m hp

Prioritize skill dmg then skill haste, run seeker clusters and healing hive with capacitor and either a rifle or lmg with In Sync, TRD Kard custom pistol if u want 5 skill tiers and 1 red or blue. Shoot targets to build skill dmg, then throw seekers. Drop hive after explosions to reset CD, throw seekers again and pick up hive if u don't need it. Rinse n repeat every ~10 secs. You basically have 9-10 seekers on demand and healing yourself and team all the time. Even spec weapon is useful due to so much ammo and high explosive dmg. Great survivability too.

Running The Sacrifice would increase the damage on this. You'd have to ditch 3 piece Empress and sub 2 piece Hana U and run with the 1 piece Wyvern you already have

I enjoy a similar build, but i'm a bit more gun focused. I use 3 piece empress, 1 piece wyvern, 1 piece fenris and memento. As a technician i have skill tier 6 (45% weapon dmg on capacitor) and with fenris and memento is have a additional 30% weapon damage and 10% AR damage. With a full memento buff i have 30% weapon damage and 30% skill efficiency. not sure if it does more or less damage than this build, but i love it.

It will deal less skill damage, because Momento gives you *base* skill damage. You end up with 50% additional *base* skill damage fully stacked and with the temporary buff (60% - 10% because you loose 1 attribute slot reserved for skill damage). But you loose up to 30% *total* skill damage, which is multiplicative and can be further *amplified* if you are using Glasscanon (multiple sources of *total* damage are additive). With the maths, if your turret hits for 100K base damage : - On a Technician with 3pc Empress, 1pc Wyvern, 1pc Fenris + Momento // Talents : Capacitance + Glasscanon + Kill Confirmed = 230% base, 25% amp : 100000 x (1 + 2,3) x (1 + 0,25) = 412500 - On a Technician with 3pc Empress, 2pc Hana-U + Waveform (average base skill damage is 15%*) // Talents : Capacitance + Glasscanon + Perfectly Combined Arms = 185% base, 30% total, 25% amp : 100000 x (1 + 1,85) x (1 + 0,3) x (1 + 0,25) = 463125 That's an average 12% skill damage difference in favour of the Waveform build. *these are the maths for the Waveform : 100000 x ((10 x (1 + 0,30)) + 2 x ((1 + 0,27) + (1 + 0,24) + (1 + 0,21) + (1 + 0,18) + (1 + 0,15) + (1 + 0,12) + (1 + 0,09) + (1 + 0,06) + (1 + 0,03) (1 + 0,00) + (10 x (1 + 0) : 38) = 100000 x ((13 + 20,7 + 10) : 38) = 100000 x 1.15 = Total = 115000 or the equivalent of 15% *base* skill damage ** 1 is the equivalent of 100% of your initial damage, that's why every gear modifiers are also divided by 100 ** 38 is the time (in seconds) you need to complete a full cycle with Waveform

I run the same thin with overwatch on chest and all pieces have skill damage and the crit hit or damage I average 360000 to 400000 something if I crit on the head

I didnt play when the waveform was available but someone who has played and got it can get it to drop since they already have it so you could find someone and play until they get one to share with you if that's something you can organise. I got super lucky and a random matchmake team I played legendary Capitol with drop a bunch of exotics that they didnt need so I got mine that way, I'm sure there are people out there who are happy to help people get exotics and named items etc etc

go for 1 grupo sombra named chest, 2 piece empress, 2 hana u, 1 wyvern. 1 red and 5 yellows. went for chd and skill dmg. i have 60% chc and 135% chd. capacitor and harmony. my harmony crits for 500k for a skill build. insane. 1 downside is my armor. 768k only.

Here is the reason that is not as effective. Your drones/Turrets dont miss, can hit head shots repeatedly, never need to reload or need to take cover. Can you do all that x2?

You are trading a potential 5% *amp* skill damage for 5% *total* skill damage, you should deal exactly the same amount of skill damage as someone using Perfectly Combined arms but you'll deal slightly higher weapon damage at the cost of taking slightly more damage too. If you can manage the extra damage taken, that's also a solid build option.
