Everyone saying fire mayo is pathetic, and knows nothing about football. Ya’ll must want us to be like Chicago, and Cleveland . Sucking for decades, and swapping out coaches every year. You can’t build a culture in one season, and not a single HC would have come into this program with this roster, and did much better. The players are fully behind Mayo, and that means they believe in him and his vision. He needs a minimum of three years before you can say he is a bust or not. It’s been one season. Now he gets another offseason to bring in more players that will fit the culture, and scheme he has envisioned. Hes going to turn into a great HC, and will be in New England for a long long time.

I'm not out on mayo but the concern is, how has the team improved from week 1 to now (other than starting drake maye, which has nothing to do with coaching). we've still had poor discipline and unprofessional errors. granted, I'm well aware he's not exactly working with cream of the crop pros

I like Mayo. Remember BB was 5-11 his first year. We need lineman & solid receivers. You can blame Kraft for that. We should’ve kept Joe Thuney. And Kraft should go after Higgins or Godwin in FA. Draft Travis hunter. If he fizzles out at WR put him at CB. Then we got 2 lockdown CB’s

No. That would be the dumbest shit to do. You want to be like Cleveland, or Chicago? That’s what bad teams do. Fire, and hire new coaches every year. You can’t build a culture in one year. A head coach needs at least three years before you can truly analyze them, and make a decision. It’s clear the players love playing for him, and that’s important. Mayo is going to turn into a great HC, and he isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.

I’m frustrated by this season like anyone else but this fire mayo after one season shows how low y’all’s IQ I mean the patriots o line couldn’t even block a defensive line made of nothing but Stephen Hawkins, defense wanna follow Tyreek hills foot steps and not wrap up receivers are made of mainly number 2s and 3s not a real #1 Stevenson just loves fumbles a rookie QB who is the only highlight of the season now if mayo had a great o line great Wrs a number 1 defense and was still losing then yeah get rid of him but he took over a team that was the worst if not top 5 worst offense

Mayo is a defensive head coach and chose their DC, yet the defense ranks 30th in DVOA. Explain that. The ones out on Mayo are the ones with low IQ according to you, yet the defense, HIS SIDE OF THE BALL, has become terrible. The team is undisciplined and lacks good fundamentals, that all falls on him. Name one thing Mayo has done well as a head coach this year, just one, please.
