Beautiful Nomadic life. Like our ancestors, they live in small groups, work together for survival, are one with the earth and wind. Raw organ meat is the highest source of vitamins--more concentrated than fruits or vegetables. It reminds of a time before the Neolithic revolution when harmony with the environment was survival. It sustained humanity for hundreds of thousands of years...before humans switched to eating grains--which allowed more people to be fed, but at a lower rate of nutrition and the "ownership" of the land, instead of moving freely over the whole Earth as home to us all.

I just watched your short video on how loads of sugary foods have infiltrated the Nomads diet. I wish the Nomads could reject modern refined foods like sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and fluffy bread that has nothing but unhealthy carbohydrates. If they ate only their traditional reindeer and fish, they would stay strong with good teeth right into old age. It is sad to hear they trade their healthy meat diet for the poison of modern industrial over processed food. If only they knew how expensive "grass fed" and "pasture raised" meat is sold for--maybe they might realize modern sugary foods are devoid of real value and are making everyone sick, fat, bad teeth, diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer, exhausted and depressed.

Much love from the Hot 🔥 Pacific islands of the Philippines. Loved your reindeers/dogs. Family helping together. No TV, social media but you have cigarettes? Your Dad look like my late Dad. Growing up in the farm with many dogs, cows, pigs, chickens, ducks. Not a single time to waste tending to those that depends on us and us depend on them for survival. Thanks for sharing your stories up north.
