PATTA Blind Rivets Nuts

Im clueless about rivets and nuts. I want to be able to join two thin gage sheets of galvanaized duct together without the need for countersinking to make one end flush. Can this be done and if so which blind rivet nut. im looking at 5m size bolts to join.Thank you

Can you countersink the hole so that the rivnut head sits flush after installation?

Yes you can, but don’t overdo the countersink in thinmaterials.
