I stayed at Whitehouse for years before moving here and getting a condo. Jon is the best manager you'll ever run into and I always stayed in the deluxe suites. Very quiet, excellently maintained.

I go to pattaya from my homein chiang rai every 3 months .Always stay at dynasty inn excellent price and good location rooms a bit outdated in decor but you not stop in room .ps love you channel

The standard room for Dynasty and Whitehouse are similar(actually I like the Dynasty better because of office table and chair. But my goto is the double suite in Whitehouse which I was hoping you wouldn't ever show lol. I've run into the builder of the Whitehouse interesting story. Anyhow please keep Soi 13 a secret.

I really enjoy these videos, and it gives us who want to travel to Pattaya a wealth of insight into so many different hotels.. I just wish there was some easier way to find the via youtube where which hotel review is, but these reviews are gold worth... Keep up the good work... The first one in this video especially impressed me, that manager seemed to be extremely attentive, polite and forthcoming... That was one of the best tours I have seen, even though the hotel perhaps was not super classy, then it absolutely made me consider that place on the next visit to Pattaya only based on how forthcoming that manager was :)

Daz you’re doing Gods work for us in Pattaya man. I will be in Pattaya in late February planning on staying for 3 to 6 months. I will start at the Hilton Hotel in Bangkok for the first week then it’s on to Pattaya to an AirB&B a condo actually. I can’t thank you enough Daz as your channel has allowed me to prep for a couple of years before even visiting Thailand. I have enough knowledge thanks to you I believe to have a proper experience and not break the bank. But I like it upscale a little bit you know. None the less I’m indebted to you and I hope to run into you so that I can repay a portion of what you’ve done for us. I have no worries about my upcoming visits. Anyways thanks again Daz for all that you’re doing for us. It’s really appreciated.

honestrly instead of stayin at a $50 hotel like the first one I would get a 1 month contract at maxxcity for $300 even if im only staying for 2 weeks

Out of the three hotels the whitehouse comes out top due to double glazing, large rooms, large balconies, decent pool and the property looks well maintained which is a big plus I'll have to keep an eye out for this hotel when I'm back in Pattaya for a month in the end of April, I didn't notice parking I'm thinking of renting a car for exploring more of Pattaya more I wonder if the manager or subscriber could tell me if it has a carpark.

I don`t know if they still do it , but Dynasty used to do a deal , that if you stayed in their BKK hotel they would do a free transfer to Pattaya

The last 4 hotels I have stayed at ALL BEAT the price quoted on Agoda. Furthermore, when I told the agoda price to one owner he instantly undercut their price by 75 baht.

I liked the first hotel, especially with the safe and double glazing and the agoda price was very reasonable for a few weeks stay. I wonder if these places charge a seperate joiner fee and if they are guest friendly?

Whitehouse looks like the hands down winner here. Dynasty would be okay but I'm not sure I'd rent Lek for a short time if it were 300 thb.

The Whitehouse definitely looks worth checking out, great rooms and good management; the Dynasty I have stayed at numerous times and while I find the rooms okay, the streetside rooms can be very noisy because of the nearby bar with night time band playing; the Lek, nope - cheap but old and tired, you get what you pay for - also can't believe the Covid BS still being in place, masks and screens won't make me feel welcome anywhere.

Out of the three I have only stayed at Dynasty Inn. Decent enough and solid location for the money. The Lek has a nice pool no doubt, too bad the room itself is so bleh. Good price but just don't think I could stay in that room. Whitehouse is nice I actually didn't know about that one. A bit pricey though.

ive stayed at the lek many times great pool and location and price, also the pool at the nature view on soi bhukoa has great pool at good price, u will have to email both as thats how the work thats if there not already fully booked

Stayed at the Whitehouse near on 20 times, awesome location and rooms, roof pool is small but sufficient to cool you down, staff have always been super friendly.
