Suggestions: - When you pan, pan slowly and smoothly. - When you show something, (e.g. balcony, kitchen,bathroom, etc. ) pause and let us see it. - It is Ok to cut on the long elevator rides unless there is conversation.

TY for the tips. My camera work is slowly improving. A lot of it is being conscience of what you are doing when sometimes I am more mentally involved with other things such as the person who I am interacting with and walking around, and what my hands are doing with the camera are an afterthought.

I appreciate your videos Charlie, but do agree with those video quality control tips. Someone else has suggested that when you are in the room that you log onto the wifi and check out the signal strength. You could do that real time and show the viewer. We all know it sucks to be told "free wifi", and then you can never download a page because it's so slow or intermittent.

Charlie it’s always a pleasure watching your daily videos on KZbin. Recently I really got a kick out of hearing the backstory I was Sean and his professional poker career and how he lives day today on a very reasonable budget. No I’m getting kind of curious of what your backstory yes how did you end up going to Pataya first time in 2005 were you in the military? What types of jobs are you done in the past to allow you the freedom to make trips to Thailand so frequently were you in military contractor or something along those lines? Just wanted to let you know your channel is superb and look forward to future updates as you mentioned you will be traveling to other countries in the future that will be amazing to see your perspective. I also agree that 10 years ago you could go and find a very nice girl in insomnia or walking street pub to stay with you for a few days and not wanting any money this is not impossible I believe in Patire. I did however recently find Angeles city Philippines and there this is quite common still. hope you also start up the live streams soon, i would pay for that something similar to Scott Mallon format

Nooo way! Cheaper Charlie here would like to see the ghetto and the old old stuff. My studios west of Bangkok rent for 1500 but you can run the utilities above 5000 if you go crazy. Plenty of fun and water options too.

I agree with others saying this is not cheap. By western standards yes it is without a doubt, but judging against the Thai market 20,000 plus electric is insane and only a microwave with no other cooking facilities lol absolute joke, it's for tourist mugs. Plenty of much cheaper condos on Airbnb. I stay in decent rooms for a month right on Soi Bukkaou for 6,000 - 8000 which are clean and come with everything you need. If I stay off the tourist track excellent apartments for 3000-6000 but paying 17,000 to 20,000 lol 🤣🤣🤣. Its nothing to do with being cheap it's just that, that is way above market rate especially in low season where they struggle to give rooms away.

Wow, you get the Ritz for $800 a month! Small one isn't a such good deal at over $500 a month. Sweet if you have just about $1600 or more take home a month which is what retirees 50 and over often have though not me. I'd feel so good to have a nice comfy professional place like that to just be content and secure feeling, but I know I need to get out of America first for it's horribly nothing like how it was in the last century when we were kids.
