yes i rarely heard my neighbors, good walls are important to me. I was looking ocean drive also- viewed 4 rooms- the building is unbeatable but not much of a pool and the location is quite bad because its on a 1 way main road with no exit for a while.

29 sq meters is for a family? Family of mice? These units are nice, only for a short stay, very cramped. Furnished nicely though.

Can you pay your power and water bill there also? Also can you walk in without an appointment to rent a unit?

Hi Paul, the landlord or agent will determine the electric and water at the end of the stay. If you check out yesterday's video you will see the agents shop and they will send you photos of any available unit 👍

You can rent less than a month mate but they shouldn't be apparently, only what the signs say around the condo 😊

I would never pay what they want for small rooms. Not worth it. But as long as they get “people” to pay it they will keep asking for overpriced rooms.
