That rebar sticking out the wall in the first one makes me laugh each time I see it!! Damned sure a few people have been caught by it over the years..

Out of the five I like Maleez, Ivory Palace, Garden Beer the best. How much noise do you think Garden Beer room gets though since it is right on Soi Boomerang? I stayed at Maleez Lodge and was happily surprised at how little street noise filtered into my room given it is right on Soi Buakhao. Great location though right in the heart of everything. Also have you looked into the rooms offered by 'The Hideaway Guesthouse' on the other side of Soi Boomerang? I have heard positive things about that place.

The Beer Garden itself is a quiet bar, however there’s a GoGo bar next door which may be noisy in the early hours. I’ve tried checking out the Hideaway rooms, but they rarely have rooms available. I’ll keep checking 👍

I would NEVER recommend Sutus Court. It's a nightmare.

Ditto , I got bitten by bugs when I stayed there , the staff moved me to another room after complaining about being bitten !.

D Apartment, D Hotel, P Plus

Those are more expensive though, closer to 1k. P Plus is sometimes around 700b.

P plus rooms are like shoeboxes great location the only good thing.
