That depends on where in Thailand you are going, anywhere touristy like Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket, Hua Hin, Chiang Mai, you don't need any. But if you are going into the jungle type areas, then all the usual ones for a jungle environment.

always enjoy your stories mate 👍 my story of the week is - I was given a girl's line id from my real estate agent she said "my friend she want to meet you, I tell her you live pattaya" got chatting to her & first she said "I work restaurant me waitress" I offered to take her out to the fireworks festival then she said "okay but you have to pay shop fee" I said "shop fee?" I never heard of this before for a restaurant (unless this is an unknown pattaya secret) then the story changed & she said "oh I work GoGo Bar me waitress I only serve drinks I not that type of girl" I said "so you work in a GoGo bar and you interact with customers & its a barfine im not a fool" "Shop Fee" what BS 😂 cornered her pretty quickly when she said tuesday was her day off but when I mentioned the fireworks festival she'd already lied about her work & tried to hide it from me. ps. was out in Soi 6 last night after the fireworks & the girl I spent company with I asked her "how long you work at bar" her reply was "I only work bar 15 days" again more BS 😂 usually the generic answer is "2 months" had a great upstairs session with her regardless. Enjoy the moment, enjoy the night then move on to the next one & dont believe the BS these girls say!

For all of the trickery, I prefer the transactional nature of it. Sure, you might be scammed if you're not wise, you may have your heartbroken, but at least you know exactly where the lines of consent are drawn in a time where the world is seemingly obsessed with it. For a guy like me, detached entirely from emotion when it comes to intimacy, this is the stuff dreams are made of. As long as I don't get outsmarted out of my money, I'm happy with it.

This is true! However I feel lucky (so far) I actually met one that seems 100% legit and quite beautiful and working a normal job not a bar or agogo job. I've known her for over a year but just became more intimate this past trip. We now talk / message every day and have plans to continue relationship when I move to Thailand next year. Don't give up on TF though as while some ladies prefer one type of guy plenty of others prefer other types of guy. Plus it is what is inside you (personality and heart) that counts a lot more than the superficial. Your TF lady is waiting for you it is just a matter of patience. Just in reference I have been on TF for 2+ years now, and this is the first genuine (I hope) lady in Pattaya that I have met. I think it is much easier to find a good lady in Bangkok or in province, but I plan on moving to Pattaya first because I have made quite a few friends there.
