Very nice Daz! Thanks to Vee and Fern too! That first condo definitely my favorite. Too bad the condo/building can't rotate about 25 degrees to the left away from the construction outside😅That view over the hill and towards the sea is amazing! I prefer keys to keycards and biometrics. Nice these units still use keys. I had a personal experience with biometrics where I used to work when the power went out. Not fun to get locked in or out. Keycards can be duplicated too. Cheers!🍻

The Axis has 430 units. Whenever you have that many units, check the parking and water pressure. My condo has 79 units and sometimes it's difficult to find parking.

The apartment for 19,000 baht is everything a single man needs in Pattaya. A place where you can feel comfortable and you don't miss the familiar things from home. Thanks for showing "decent" apartments as opposed to the many cheap dives under 10,000 baht featured here mainly on KZbin.

Axis is in a good location for the baht buses and restaurants bars in Pratumnak. Even so prices still seem elevated

Hey Daz; Great video. Pretty good value for a 1 bedroom with a sea view. Regarding that 2 bedroom Unit: If you have a fight with your girl friend, lock Her in the little bedroom and tell her she can't come out until she changes her attitude. For heaven's sake don't put yourself in the dog house, you'll never get out, lol.

That first unit is very nice, great views. I've heard that it's often difficult to get the deposit returned, as if one of the two months deposit seems to act as a commission for the agent. Is that the case?

The 2br is nice but I bet the utilities are very expensive! But, the furnishings are just so-so! The second 1 br was nice. The fact that it is on the baht bus route is a major plus. I move to Pattaya in December, so I will stop by their office.

The only problem is it's out of the way for the nightlife.You probably gonna have to take bolt or need a bike to get around. It's not convenient , but if you had a girlfriend, it would work out great. Looks better than many of the units that i've seen. Good video, mate.

I do like this building, that pool looks very nice plus a decent enough gym to get some cardio and weight work in. Those one bedrooms you showcased are *just* within my budget too. What was the difference between the 19k unit and the 23k unit? Is it the view?

I’m in Jomtien now. I’ve been looking at the Grand Solitaire, and Noble to buy and then to sell before construction is finished. There also building a new development next to Pratamnak golf course. In your experience of living here, are these good investments?

Would not touch GS with a barge pole def not off plan. There’s no way imo they will increase in value. Building far too big and will be loads empty once completed. Also be full of Air BnB types and chaos.

Wow...id pay maybe 23k for the 2 bedroom and 1.5k for the 1 bedroom, yet they are not looking for cheap charlies wearing singlets and cargo shorts like me I doubt. 555 LIkely noisy from Thrappraya road traffic at night as well...if out on the balcony that is.

Went into a very nice steak restaurant in Pattaya, wanted to pay card but only accepted cash. There is a lot of noise on KZbin about this cashless world, but Thailand is decades away from going cashless, nothing but "click bait".
