Your ingredients show you did not take the time to understand that we now know what formulations work for our hair. We read ingredients! If you want to be priced as a premium brand that's cool. But make sure the value is there.

Please take silicons out of the products please. And maybe make a brush that has less rows and softer bristles. I’ve also realized it’d be better if the products had more slip for us tighter coiled ladies :) the leave in conditioner needs to be a tad bit thicker 🤔 Again, just some things I’ve heard and seen repeated on the reviews that I’ve watched. Hope this helps !

I don't care how good it is. There are products that are reasonably priced, aren't bad for me, and work. $25 is out of control for just a conditioner. I can get As I am and Kinky curly sets for under 50 bucks a set. Maybe not every piece, but enough to have gorgeous hair. Tracy playin games with the people. Her focus group was blowin major smoke.

Reservechic Which specific ones though? Alcohol denat. is drying but cetyl/cetearyl alcohols are actually moisturising. Isopropyl alcohol is not harmful in small amounts, it's used in conjunction with other ingredients and just evaporates away, especially if listed toward the end of the ingredient list. We need to be specific because there's a lot of confusion about alcohols in hair products, they are not all bad.

Reservechic there’s nothing wrong with sulfates silicones or waxes. Just because you may not like them doesn’t mean you are correct or that they are bad for everyone. Please inform yourself on the those ingredients because they are actually extremely beneficial to black hair when used properly and depending on the formula

Products are great and lasts long. So the price overtime is about right. Also, she gives bonus points tbat decrease the cost at checkout. I have truly been cocktailing the leave in conditioner with jojoba oil. The styling cream - bam and I got the small styling gel, cocktailed the styling cream with styling gel BAM!Awesome results!

It's interesting that folks will spend hundreds of dollars on weaves, wigs, and/or biweekly salon appointment's but when a POC creates a quality product for us, how dare she charge more than drugstore prices. Try the $24 bundle to see if it works for you then decide. It's better than going to the drugstore and spending money over and over on products that don't work for your hair. How many of us have bottles of products that for whatever reason did not work on your hair type sitting around the house used only once or twice? My 4c loves the products. The spray bottle is pure GENIUS.

Your hair looks gorgeous! And now I know which one of my stylers to pair it with. For what it’s worth, Tracee said in IG comments that they’d be releasing stylers in 2020. I think that’s strategic to see how people responded to the wash products. I’m definitely gonna get this. I personally don’t like when shampoos leave my hair feeling moisturized after, I just ask that it doesn’t tangle while actually in my hair. So I may like this whole line from the looks of it.
