About Me;
Natural Since January 2014
Born and raised in Canada
Parents from Jamaica
Hair: Majority is High Porosity, crown and hairline is low-medporosity and super frizzy! The front curls are loose like an "S", the hairline and back are tighter like bolt screws ;) My hair is super fragile, it will break easy, I use a lot of natural products that have protein. I can never let my hair go dry or it will break.

I think some folks just have unhealthy hair and blaming the struggle on the hair type. When truthfully people with that same exact hair type are slaying it because they're properly taking care of it and putting in the time. This makes some folks so upset. But I do not, for the life of me, understand why.

ForeverLaTrelle I normally add a tablespoon or two to 8 oz of water in a spray bottle. I apply it on wash day after my hair is clean and then usually on Day 2 through 7, I only Spritz wet my hair with water to refresh the product that's already in there. All told, I'm only using a tablespoon or two of that product like 4 times a month. And that's the only reason why I buy it.

Lemme just tell y’all this took me 5 HOURS !! My hair is frizzy hard to get and KEEP DEFINITION, 4b, fine strands, & LOW POROSITY! I used the acv rinse, deep conditioner, clay mask, then the leave in + gel AND MY HAIR HAS NEVER LOOKED SO BEAUTIFUL AND DEFINED like I was never able to have a defined wash and go PERIOD but this time my wash and go is lasting for 5+ dayssss AND it’s beautifully defined even in the BACK!!! I love this method! ❤️❤️❤️

next time in place of the kinky curly u should try the mielle organics pomegranate n honey leave in and curling custard. they're both protein free and natural and create wayyy more shine than the kinky curly. it's the best, i love it for my frizzy lackluster hair because it takes away frizz, makes it so soft n moisturized and shiny defined curls

I'm 4C (for real 4C) and I followed the MHM for several months a few years ago and my hair is still so much easier to manager than it used to be. After having my hair in crochet or braids, I can whip back out the Cherry Lola and routine and within a couple of treatments, I'm back to wash and go curls. It just is so much easier to not have to wash my hair in sessions because it used to shrink sooo fast and sooo much it was painful to deal with.
