You should definitely win a prize for pattern matching, Kim. I would have been proud of myself if I had just gotten the leopards to line up but you got them exactly.

I love the epp projects and would love to see how they progress. I'm still hoping to do some with Christmas fabric but haven't done anything but collect fabric. I think the Adam Sews tote would look amazing. Happy sewing.

@@kathymcconville6428 thanks Kathy. Love a bit of EPP. I doubt I'll ever get to quilt size as I only get so far and find something to make! I've bought some Christmas fabric way back in January, I think it was, and keep thinking what shall I do with it... more bunting? Have a great week ❤️

Brilliant pattern matching - lovely shirt. Pattern matching makes my brain hurt! And remembering to cut the collar upside down so that the pattern runs the correct way. I think a bag with the hexagons is a good idea. I wouldn't have the patience for all those small pieces! I have FINALLY finished my Upland Trousers, and they are a lovely fit. I am tempted by the Itch to Stitch sale, but I really don't need any more patterns! Not sure what to tackle next, I did cut out some pyjama bottoms for hubby at the same time as my trousers, but I have been sidetracked by our neighbour asking me to take up some trousers that she bought for her upcoming holiday. I've been preparing them today (already measured how much she wants taking off) but they are a stretch velour and they are a nightmare! The original hem was a blind hem so I'm going to see if I can do that, having just done it on my own trousers, so I will have a play with the scrap cut off the bottom. It was hardly a quality finish. They are only from Sainsbury's so nothing too precious. We didn't get off to York last week, but we are determined to go tomorrow, so hopefully we'll wake up refreshed and ready for action. Look forward to seeing your jacket.

@@Yorkygirl59 aren't you an angel taking up trousers for your neighbour. I have too many patterns, too much fabric, too much of everything really, but I can't help myself!! Nice to hear you have a nice fit to your upland trousers. It's lovely when a garment fits well after all the time and effort we put into them. Have a lovely time in Yorkshire. ❤️

OMG! Your shirt is gorgeous Kim and what can I say about your pattern matching 😲 Your shirts are always so beautiful. My fingers are crossed for you Kim. 😘 As for your patchwork-it is beyond beautiful. I would just make a big square size and frame it? A bit random I know. 😅

@@stash_stitcher Oh I am pleased you thought the same Kim. I thought it was just my madness. 😜 That way the patchwork can stay really preserved which was my thinking? I would love if you could do a video on how you pattern match for newbies like me. I still use your project sheets religiously.😘

@@van_vinos66 thanks Vanessa. Once I feel confident to show pattern matching I will pass on my understanding of how I do it. The project sheets for me are the start of my project. I just can't work now without one on play. Glad you're finding them useful ❤️
