I think for me my first shiny was a Pidgey in Soul Silver. Since I don't know what happened to the computer that I played it on, it'll probably be lost forever. Thankfully I was well aware of what a shiny was at that point since I was in like middle or high school or something and also already watched Chuggaaconroy's Pokemon Crystal LP.

It's not that we don't like Incineroar for that reason, we don't like it because Litten (and Fennekin) were super cute and could have evolved into something really cool, but they didn't. Idk, I don't like Incineroar's design, and it's not because I automatically say that for no reason, I just think quadripedal would have looked better. Although even at that, i'm not a fan of Litten turning into a WWE wrestler, regardless of how many legs it's standing on.

If you like bipedal pokemon that's totally okay, and for those who don't like it, that's okay too. Doesn't have to be a problem and doesn't mean that people are complaining. Just have preferences that's all.

I don't actually mind the bipedal evolutions. Worst one in my opinion is Incineroar, but it isn't terrible. Plus I think it's obvious Sprigatitos evolution will lean toward the androginous/feminine form that's been a starter staple since gen 5. The Edgy, the Masculine, the feminine Gen 5, Samurott, Emboar, Serperior Gen 6, Greninja, Chesnaught, Delphox Gen 7, Decidueye, Incineroar, Primarina Gen 8, Inteleon, Rillaboom, Cinderace Sprigatito is destined furry bait

@@demonboy373 All of the fire starters before Fuecoco fit into the zodiac. The only stretch were Fennekin being a dog and Cyndaquil being a rat. There's also been 'theories' for the others. All the grass starters have been based on prehistoric animals and all the water starters have been based on weapons. That's why a lot of people want Sprigatito to become a saber toothed tiger.

I'm willing to accept fennekin as a dog because its a fox and foxes are members of the dog family, but cyndaquil is a porcupine that evolves into a badger, its not a rat in any way.

Cyndaquil's actually based on a shrew (it's even called a "mouse Pokémon" in both English and Japanese), which is a rodent closely related to rats, but yeah, calling Skeledirge a "bull" just to get the "ox" box checked is stretching it a bit too far.

Okay but the fire starter turning into Quetzalcoatl counts as a snake. Pokemon have a habit of taking pokemon with arms into armless when they evolve. Quetzalcoatl is feathered but at a point set itself on fire to repent and from the ashes became a planet if I remember right. Could be a varient that instead of turning into a planet they went into the earth and became a fire plant (instead of be on fire to become a planet) (Fire starter is said to be a chili pepper lizard from what I heard)

So... There's three possibilities how the zodiac theory could work out. COULD. It's wobblier than ever, but we accepted Fennekin as the dog, despite being a fox, and we accepted Cyndaquil as the goddamn fucking mouse, when the only thing it has to do with a mouse is its goddamn classification name! It was already a house of cards in THE SECOND GEN. Anyways. The three possibilities. 1. Male crocodiles are called "bull", making it the ox. It's a combination of the issues with Fennekin and Cyndaquil, making it EVEN WORSE. 2. We don't have the snake yet. It might very well evolve into a Chinese Dragon kinda thing, or a Quetzalcoatl-like being. Nothing that speaks against it as of now. 3. And why is double occupancy ruled out? Nothing speaks against double occupancy. Make it a damn dragon. For some reason, people are obsessed with "First, once each. THEN only double occupancy." Seriously, what gives. And if this happens, I'd be SO much happier. Because next to nobody was actually right, and yet it still works. So, if points two and three aren't realised with it's final evolution or any new gimmick that they implement, the only possible justification would be the "bull" thingy - and at that point in time, I'd declare it DEAD. Once and for all. Because there's no DIRECT connection anymore. Also, because of Sprigatito... I don't mind a bipedal last evolution. As long as there's some hints in its middle evolution! Like Fennekin! Torracat to Incineroar was from "100% quadrupedal" to "buff bipedal"

Foxes look like a dog and many cultures consider foxes a type of dog and Cyndaquil is the Fire Mouse Pokemon... close enough to the rat.... Being based off of the Zodiac doesn't mean it has to be 100% perfect... they could take some slight liberties... It's like how modern shonen is heavily based off of Dragon Ball Z and Naruto and Bleach, but they aren't 100% copying them.... or how Star Wars was based on Japanese and Western movies but has laser swords... Being based off of something doesn't mean you have to perfectly copy it....
