Do a white elephant style tournament. Everyone builds their own team (go into the wild and catch) BUT then the team gets put into a drawing and somebody else gets to use it. With the option to steal a team from a player that’s already been assigned one.

This was awesome. Love the format. But just a thought, a more accurate "deal or no deal" format could be that the banker see's your 3 starters and offers you the one with the middle BST. You either deal, or blindly pick from the other two knowing that one is stronger, but the other could be a magikarp.

Idk how the randomizer works but I'd love to see this idea again where the banker deals were kinda catered to what the starters would be instead of it being completely randomized. So the "banker" would already know what the three starters are and could give a really strong or weak deal depending what those starters are, that's more akin to how the actual deal or no deal is played.

An idea for a future tournament: Each players get cards from 1 to 6; "Player 1" gets a randomizer the other 3 choose a card, Highest picks Mon 1st, in case of a tie "Player 1" assigns Pokemons to tied players after the other pick. Used card are expended.After 2 rounds per player each one has 1 6 Mons team, woks perfectly as 4 players :D Can do with 3 rounds, Use Cards: 2 Zeros & 1-7 → 0= Automatic Pass adn have 7 Mons to make a team of 6
