Video idea - We play Jeopardy then we fight, each category is like Pokemon Feet Pics, Japanese Names, Last Moves, basically different challenges from other then we fights. If they answer correctly they get the Pokemon and the point value, if they get it wrong the other player can steal If neither player gets it correctly then whoever selected the question has the option to lose the point value of the question but take the pokémon shown. At the end you do a best of 3 with the ability to modify your teams with whatever you got and have a list of buffs and debuffs that you can purchase with your money.

This hurt my SOUL to watch. But lets be fair. Excadrill has 88 speed. Calyrex Shadow has 150. Even +1 speed on his Excadrill would not have outsped the Calyrex unless Vinny was speed invested and Pat was NOT. He still should have killed the Darkrai with Rapid spin to clear hazards and get the +1 speed boost, but this probably would still result in him dying to the Calyrex. It still would have saved the entire rest of his team from chip damage... but it wasn't a guaranteed win from there. If he DID beat the Calyrex on speed from only +1... at that point he just sweeps the rest of Pat's squad.

Video idea: (this explaination might be a doozy) Both players look at their randomized starters. Player 1 picks a slot (left/mid/right) and Player 2 reveals the regular ability/ies of the pokemon in that slot. If Player 1 can guess the pokemon in that selected slot then he gets access to that pokemon's hidden ability as well. Player 2 then picks a slot (left/mid/right) and player 1 has to use the pokemon in that selected slot, giving it an ability of the pokemon that Player 2 revealed. EXAMPLE: Pat has Fennekin, Skwovet, Blissey. Vinny has Lugia, Regieleki, Bronzong. Pat picks right. Vinny reveals Levitate and Heatproof. If Pat can guess it's a Bronzong then he gets Heavy Metal too. Vinny picks middle. Pat's first pokemon on his team is Skwovet (Greedent) with either Levitate or Heatproof. (Or Heavy Metal if he guessed correctly)

Excadrill only has 88 base speed and Calyrex Shadow has 150. +1 speed would only have gotten his Excadrill to 134 base at which point the EV spread matters. He still should have done it to save his squad the rock damage... but it wasn't a guarantee vs the Calyrex

Here's an idea. Instead of using the normal ability randomizer, you instead put abilities on a wheel and spin it for each person. Whatever the wheel lands on, that's the ability of one of the three Pokémon. Then your opponent picks one of them for you, based on what ability that Pokémon normally gets. For example lets say you spin a wheel and get Water Absorb. You've got a Pikachu, Cutiefly, and a Palkia on the screen. You tell your opponent that the abilities are Lightning Rod, Honey Gather, and Telepathy Your opponant picks the Honey Gather mon (sorry Palkia) and boom, you now have a Ribombee with Water Absorb. You do not have to tell them what you got. So all they know is that you have a mon with the ability Water Absorb. Its an ability randomizer!

Game 2 Vinny: Brings rapid spin on Excadrill Vinny: Sends in Excadrill against a Darkrai at 25 hp with enemy rocks up Vinny: doesn't use rapid spin to clear the rocks and give himself a speed boost Vinny: gets 2 moxie boosts Vinny: gets outsped by Calyrex and dies Vinny: has his entire team take rocks damage for the rest of the fight and loses... My DUDE! You brought a Hazard removal + setup move and didn't use it? I'm still not sure you would have outsped the Calyrex (150 base speed is DUMB and I don't know how Pat was EVd), but this still would have saved your team a ton of chip damage. ANd I'm pretty sure there was a moment in another match where Excadrill could have finished off a weak opponent with Rapid spin for the speed boost even if you didn't need the hazard removal at the time.

Here's a video idea. You each choose a random starter from out of the three choices, then you take each base Stat and average them against the base Stat of the opponents pokemon. You do this by adding the two together then dividing by two. This number becomes the new base stat for that pokemon. So if the base hp of one pokemon is 50 and the other is 100, then both pokemons new hp Stat would both be 75. (You could also swap the primary types of the pokemon, as well as abilities) do this for each Stat on every round and then use these new inverted pokemon to build the best team you can. I hope you actually get to see this, I think it could make for a very interesting then we fight.

Video Idea : Legendary Stat Inheritance Two players will have four sets of randomizers: (1) 2 regulars and (2) 2 all legendaries. Basically, one person loads up their regular randomizer, they get all three, and meanwhile the other person loads up their legendary randomizer, and the legendary stats will be inherited by the other person's three regular starters. They both do this back and forth til they get a team of six mons with legendary stats. Whichever mon inherits the legendary's stats will be up to you guys, maybe whichever spots they're in, or the person blindly assigns or chooses, whichever is fun. edit: you guys can even not use the mon's fully evolved form for the lolz Have a good one~
