Do they offer basements with this floor plan?
@theflemmingteamcolumbiasc2 жыл бұрын
Great question. Yes and no. Basement is a option technically but no because right now they don’t have lots developed that will accommodate a basement here in Columbia sc.

How much credit score does mungos work with?

@@pamelarod Their are a lot of factors that go into this. My recommendation is to get with a lender and go over your options. I have recommendations if you like.

Why does Mungo use those cheap looking wire shelves in the closets and pantry? Also, those old fashioned blinds? Can one request actual shelves for these places and custom blind installations? Also, are things such as pot fillers, tiling around the fire places, and more modern stair railings an option? Some of these design choices are safely classic, but are going out of style.

Pretty much every builder uses the wire shelf’s until you start getting into the $700k plus range. Pot filers currently are an option.

I’ve never seen the usefulness for pot fillers. Of course they are great for filling an empty pot, but you still have to handle a big pot of water, usually hot or warm, eventually, if you want to empty it. No offense ma’am, but you are a real/tor, not a real/a/tor.
