You may not have seen that Oprah show (it's on KZbin) when Aretha corrected Patti when she said she was 50....and Aretha came back with....."now Patti you know you 54 gurl." @@vickisudler Nope.... girl. My mom will be 80 next year, but was physically 80 two decades ago because she didn't take care of herself and enjoy life. She just let depression suck her dry and never lived her life. Never travelled and experinced new things. Just sits in the house and orders from magazines until the hoarding becomes too much. I'm the opposite, pre-pandemic, I was in someone's State, another country at a resort, studying abroad etc. And as soon as it's safe enough I'll be back to it. Positive life experiences, good food and people and not sitting in the house all day, year after year will extend the "joy" of your life. At least that's what I believe. You have to take care of yourself physically, emotionally and mentally AND enjoy the process. You're not alone!
