thank you sir for posting this wonderful demonstrative video.. I have never understood this procedure ever, till i saw this video by you and i was successful in doing a couple of cases because of this and they came out well.. I feared extension/ incomplete delivery but there was hardly any extension... In all cases i do the "push" method from down , but i think a thought to deliver using Patwardhan method needs to be done... thank you for taking pains in reviewing and posting the same..also , thank you for the wonderful job of on going teaching.. - dr. The end is edited after delivery of the trunk. Therefore it's difficult to see the delivery of the legs and head. Is it possible to put up another non edited video?

legs and head come out easily once trunk is delivered.there s no manoeuvring needed for that.

after the delivery of the shoulders and the trunk, rest is normal breech way of delivering the legs and aftercoming head :)
