He didn't want to say that Bruce sucks. He unsuccessfully wanted to warm up the crowd by asking if someone there remember about Bruce and than tried to ask Paul to give Bruce regards from the stage. As you see, the situation has turned into this one big fucking failure. The moral is: don't try to speak foreign language being drunk and standing next to such a big and aggressive frontman :)

Dickinson´s version of "Running free"(finally I did it and finished listening to that-once) instantly brought me an image of the annual CSD parade,trucks driving by&playing this somewhere between "YMCA" and "I will survive"! thats not true.. When DiAnno was in Maiden, Maiden where faster and tougher, with aggressive music, i liked that better to be honest, afterwards they become a bit softer and more appealing to non-metal fans, and for me that is one of the reasons of this immense popularity increase, Dickinson's vocals... That has nothing to do with DiAnno, i am really sorry for his trouble and stuff and for what he became now, but you can't change the past... Killers is and will be Maiden's best album...

Just exactly HOW is Paul Di'Anno still a relevant artist in the heavy metal scene? I know he has done some original music on his own, in which no one is interested. He is not necessarily different from many nostalgia acts such as KISS, Def Leppard or Mötley Crüe: you only wish to hear the old stuff, even though they've been involved in some new stuff as well.

I’m not surprised at how he struck back at the jerk who was calling Bruce’s name, Paul’s attitude is punk, and that’s very predictable in this situation. What I’m really intrigued about is what he was singing before, it sounded like Phantom of the Opera, but I can’t hear the lyrics, he seemed to be babbling anything that came to his mouth… I like Paul a lot, I’m his fan, but frankly… this time he seemed to be on something or he just thinks fans are either stupid or crazy! Poor Mr DiAnno fails to realise that the success of his old band with its so called 'gay singer' is the reason DiAnno can still get on a stage these days and perform Maiden songs with a band that sounds like a dodgy covers act. Bruce Dickinson is one of the greatest metal frontmen of all time, DiAnno looks like he should be working security for that place.

First of all, he cancelled by himself. Of course he is upset - look at him: he needs several operational medical cares for his knees, which he can't really afford, he's not in good health condition of all - i also would be frustrated if I would realize that i could have become famous and a millionaire, but chose the wrong way due to problems back then. Its right, his own fault, but hearing somebody calling "Bruce Dickinson!" at your concert being Paul Di'anno... wouldnt it make you mad? ;)

A lot of Ukrainian people speak both Russian and Ukrainian, my Slavic friend. Another matter is which language they usually use. In Donetsk this language is Russian, and, as I know, Russian is even officially recognized as regional language. Plus, my granddad is from that region so I've got a witness :).
